receive itOur Authorized Service Center was waiting for the part, believing it must be on the way, and our call center was waiting for the copy of the sales receipt, believing it was in transitNone of this hit our radar until receipt of the complainant’s attorney’s letterIn which case, our call center quickly reconnected with the Authorized Service Center and attained a copy of the receipt, and processed a no-charge order for the partsThe product has been repaired, and upon receipt of the submitted warranty claim from our Authorized Service Center, a follow up call to the complainant was attempted on 9/by our Quality Assurance and Product Service Manager, but the call went to voice mailPlease let us know if there is anything more we can do
