I apologize that *** feels like she got the run around when she brought her car backI assure you that was never our intentWe strive to provide the best product and service availableWe will work on this going forward*** brought her car back on Feb 9, and my team drove the vehicle
and checked it out and after that I did the sameI never noticed any vibrations that jumped out at meI did notice road and vehicle vibrations for a car of that yearIt is not something any one thing is going to make disappearWe do recommend mounts that are worn and aged which is common for a vehicle of this year, but I could not say with all certainty that this will take away what little vibration is thereWe do recommend axles that are worn and leaking and again I could not say with all certainty that this will take away what little vibration is thereWe did not replace the mounts or the cv axles as part of the original repair so they would not be covered under warrantyI will credit any labor towards any repair we do that is required to replace these parts that cross over from the original repairI did not feel any issues with the shifter. I would like to add that I would not have noted any vibrations had they not been noted when it came inI do believe the vibrations can be more attributed to a phenomenon known as "heightened awareness" (just meaning that it was probably already there and never noticed) that people get after spending a good amount of money on auto repairs.
