Was told I would have a day grace period, and now the company has every excuse not to change my car payment to May 21st The customer service is not the best, this credit unions not the best at communicating with anyoneWhen I inquired about the day grace, they say they cannot honor that when it is listed on the websiteI will not be recommending this company to anyone and will be seeking to take my loan elsewhereThis credit union has not impressed me since I have been with them and that has been for less than a monthVery unpleased
