the customer service and food quality was horrible at this location. I placed an order to go that consist of the crab cake dinner and *** wings with ranch. the crab cake was ok(I've had better at other matchbox locations) the fries were burnt/brick hard, the wings taste horrible they were tasteless and not done. I spoke with manager next day, he didn't seem to be paying me any attention and or offered to fix the issue.
