I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:
Business has made no attempts to contact me.  The only way to contact this business is by email, and I have done so on multiple occasions with no response.  Feedback was provided for all matches that were provided to me.  Several matches that were provided did not even comply with the criteria I provided as far as desirable/required traits.  I responded as such.  No phone calls have been received as business stated.  As such, and given there have been multiple months in which they have failed to fulfill their contract or even respond to my concerns, this constitutes breach of contract on their part.  At this point I have no desire to work with this business given their failure to provide the service that was contracted, and again request a pro-rated refund for that portion that has not been provided.

February 10, 2016 RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] This letter is in response to the above stated complaint number with the Revdex.com.    We tried contacting Mr. [redacted] by phone, regarding his feedback. He never returned our call. We ask each member to send their feedback in writing, after...

they make contact with their referrals.  We are missing feedback from Mr. [redacted]’s August and October referrals.  The QBQ letters were sent because we need his feedback before we can match him.   Per clause 8 on the agreement it states “Upon execution of this agreement, Client understands that he/she will be given no refund upon cancellation for any reason whatsoever. Client understands that upon execution of this agreement, this agreement is non-cancelable and that Client shall be responsible for all fees and costs referenced herein. No refund upon demise of Client”.   We will be glad to continue working closely with Mr. [redacted]. Our database is changing daily; current members re-activating their memberships and new members joining. RE: Revdex.com Case # [redacted]/[redacted]   This letter is in response to the above stated complaint number with the Revdex.com.    Per clause 4 on the agreement states, ** shall use all reasonable efforts and judgment to provide current, active referrals most nearly compatible to Client based on information and data supplied by Client and referral.     We can be reached in the office by phone Monday-Friday from 11:00am-8:00pm. The best number to reach us is ###-###-####. We are here to help our members by phone. We ask for feedback to be sent through email/mail so we can document the information. That is how we determine, if our members are ready for their next match. We receive thousands of emails, so we can’t possibly respond to every single email we receive.   We encourage Mr. [redacted] to come to the office for a client conference. We can go over his profile and feedback to get things back on track. We are missing his feedback from [redacted] and [redacted], so we can go over that as well.
