Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Matchmaking Institute, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted].Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: [redacted] from Matchmaking Institute has assured me that once I pay the USD3591 ( which is usd399X 9 months of installments) I will get my certification of the matchmaking and also the seal. The websites listed the price USD3500. He has mentioned it is higher due to overseas shipment which I agreed. He has deliberately hide further information to close the sales. During the training I realised an officer came in and checked on our training and I am not sure whether the institute is registered as a college and qualify to provide education and training, I wrote to them to voice my concern and asked why I didn't get the certification and seal upon completion of a business plan and interview was conducted as per their requirement. [redacted] conducted teh [redacted]nterveiw and told me I am good to get the certification. But [redacted] from Matchmaking institute demand me to give them my bank accounts, the company registration and websites to them to get my certification. I know a student from the same batch, his name is [redacted] from [redacted] didn't have to provide all the information to get certified and company seal. If they need all the required documents eg my bank accounts, company registration and websites, [redacted] should have told me so that I will not signed up and wasted my money to fly all the way to US. I feel cheated as my time and money is wasted. Since I wrote to them on ** Feb and cc to others members [redacted] didn't replied me and there is no recording on the meeting being send to me. I lost hope and logged off my emails and skype accounts until [redacted] called me and left a voice threatening message and demand for payments as they couldn't billed to my credit card. I requested documents from them so that I can check with my bank but they ignored instead threaten to sued me and damaged my reputation across Asia and in the matchmaking group. [redacted] did not informed me that the certification and the seals required additional USD100 for every two years. I wouldn't want to waste my money to join them if I know there is a lot of hidden terms and conditions.Desired Settlement: The certification and the relationship is only useful for me if the good relationship is maintained since [redacted] has aggressively threaten me and Lisa ignored my emails and exclude me from teh group meetings. I don't see a reason for having the company seals or the certification anymore. I demand for a full refund or not paying the remaining amount as I feel cheated in the whole process . I have wasted a lot of money for the trip to US. I need a letter of clearance or an assurance that I will not suffer reputation damage as it is clearly misrepresentative to mislead me to pay for the training which I am not getting the certification as advertised on the websites. He has no right to send notification to their network in southeast asia and listed me as someone who broke the code of ethics when they clearly broke their advertising and agreements.

Review: [redacted] from matchmaking Institute misrepresentation and hide the information about the extra condition for the certification and getting the seals. [redacted] did not informed me about the extra cost to pay to use the seal for the website matchmaking business. He has lied to me to get me to pay for the above course. Last year the advertisement from the Matchmaking Institute's websites clearly stated a certification cost for the matchmaking training is USD3500 and [redacted] himself and another staff [redacted] also told me that I will be getting the certificate upon completion of the training and submission of the business plan and skype interview. I wrote to the matchmaking institute to [redacted] demanding an explanation why I didn't get the certification as earlier promised by [redacted] and verified by [redacted]. I know a students who attended the same course who did not set up a websites and a company and he did get the certification and the seal. [redacted] didn't replied me and I shut down the communication with them as I was disappointing for being cheated. Later [redacted] called regarding about the issues to debit from my credit card. I told him that all my standing instruction proceed as I have no issues on my credit card, and requested him to provide documentation for me to submit to the bank. Instead he didn't give me any documentation to assist him on the credit card transaction. I have also voice my concerned with [redacted] on his misrepresentation on the condition for the certifications and seals as I felt cheated and wasted so much time and money to attend the course only to find out that I didn't get the certification and the matchmaking institute might not be qualify as a college to give a certification but they had advertised on the web that they will give the certification upon completion of the training. Due to time zone difference I has missed [redacted] call and by the time I wanted to replied his email he threaten to sued me .Desired Settlement: Since Matchmaking Institute has lied to the students about the certification cost and the condition for the getting the seals and broke the promise and [redacted] has revoke my certification and training. I don't see a reason to continue to pay the remaining fees as they broke the promised.

I had partially paid the fees and I don't wish to continue to pay until they honor the earlier promise of giving me the seal and the certification at no extra cost as per the advertisement.

If MatchMaking Institute already notify the network and accused me for being a crooked and spread the rumors and damage my reputation. I am not going to proceed with the payments as they are crooked for lying to me .
