Dan gave me a price on a concrete patio, the part that he finished is great, but he said the concrete supplier didn't give him enough concrete & he would be back to finish the job, it has been over a month & every time I call him he tells me he is coming out the next day & has not shown upThe area that he did not finish is filling with water and causing water to come in to my basement

Business owner stated that reason the job was not finished is:1.) The general contractor (complainant) was to pay him (subcontractor) a certain amount by a certain time The general contractor wrote the check for less than the amount and it then bounced.2.) The business owner went to the
homeowner who paid him $5,000, but not the entire amount The homeowner was told to reserve $1,to see if the general contractor would:a) Get the required permits.b) Purchase the needed materials

paid him to before he completed the job for digging trenches for the water and gas lines which he refuses to finishHe does not answer his phone and does terrible concrete finishing He was paid as contracted in full but will not complete the work he was contracted to do
