Review: After ordering this item in error, I immediately contacted the company to NOT ship the item. This item was ordered over the weekend so shipping was not occurring. When I called the company Monday AM. They replied they will check on this. Later, they noted they had already sent the item. I proceeded to ask for an RMA number which helps identify the return of the item, and credit to a credit card I had used. [redacted] said he would find a customer that I could ship it to and the refund would be placed back on my credit card. Months had gone by and no word from this company or [redacted]. **I asked again via email for an RMA number to return the item. **I went to my credit card company and requested a refund as well since this company was not cooperative. Nothing has been successful up to this point. [redacted] repeatedly hung the phone up on me as I was requesting to return the item. This event has gone on for a year now. I am requesting a completed refund of $192.64. This item has never been opened and is still sitting in the original shipping box. Please assist me with this return.Desired Settlement: IMMEDIATE FULL REFUND
