I took my truck a Cadillac Esc. SUV 2004 to get worked on. 03/06/2016. Mr.Juan L. Alvarado charged me 2,400.00. So I gave Mr.Juan Luis Alvarado (Comanche)1,400.00 as down payment to start fixing my truck. With a remaining balance of 1000.00.I payed off 800.00 to his son Ivan to finish fixing my truck.But he didn't finish. He told me to give him the the remaining balance of 200.00 when he finished fixing my truck. I went to check on my truck several months later and it was no longer in their car lot. They never gave me an explanation. They told me they could not give me my money back.And Mr.Juan Luis Alvarado (Comanche) told me that he would give me a car instead. But Mr.Juan Luis Avarado (Comanche) has been stalling me ever since. I am a single mother on low income. I can not afford to let this go.
