A truck was delivering a large construction container to a property behind oursWithout permission, the driver accessed our property to drop-off the container (separate occasions) While on our property, trenches were dug out There are numerous tire tracks, as well as a DEEP trench that could be a hazard for anyone walking in the area
After noticing the 1st damage, we call the number on the container (voice-mail...mailbox full)
A week or so later, a 2nd truck returned My niece questioned the driver about the damage He told her that they would repair it after their project is completed We called the number on the truck (*** *** * ***) *** told us that it would be repaired after the project was completed.....not acceptable We requested the owners number (***) We spoke with *** (CEO's executive assistant) After explaining the situation to her, she stated that she would have someone investigate the situation and call back No response

Called business was informed that [redacted] is the company responsible for the damage being done in the yard. A week and a half ago Materials Management & Recycling was informed that the damage in the yard was fixed.
