I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I made a purchase from Maternity Miracles on 2/7/2020 for a 3 in 1 baby stroller set in the amount of $380.00. I have not received any responses of when my order will ship and can not get in contact with a customer service representative, the number keeps saying contact us back during normal business hours. I also send a couple emails and no responses. They took my funds and never sent my product. I would like my money back

On the 29th of November,2019 I purchased a maternity luxury 3 in 1 baby stroller travel system from maternity Miracles (order number:***) with my debit card. A signature confirmation was required upon delivery, so I waited patiently for my package as seller informed me that it will take 15 business days to receive my items. On the 12/17/2019, I received an email from seller informing me that package has been delivered. I got home and checked my mailbox for the key to the package center( Big boxes are usually sent to the package center by the delivery drivers and they place the key in your personal mail box for pickup) but there was no key. I then sent an email to Maternity Miracles informing them that package hasn't been delivered so they should look into it. Merchant replied email stating that," tracking number *** (UPS) says it was delivered at the front door and that sometimes the UPS driver accidentally takes the package to the neighbors house, so I should check to see if neighbors have it first." I emailed merchant back and stated that my next door neighbor doesn't have it. Secondly, UPS drivers who deliver at my community are very familiar with our package center hence they won't leave a package at the door. Thirdly, even if delivery driver was new to my community and not familiar with our package center, the package required a signature upon delivery so it's wrong to claim to have left package at the door in my absence.
On the 28th December, 2019 at 5:19pm, Maternity Miracles said they will send out a new set of stroller via USPS(this time not ups) within the week but they never did till now and I never heard from them again.
On January 10th, 2020 I contacted them for a refund since they have refused to fulfill their promise and they have been unresponsive. So the last time I heard from them was 12/28/2019. I filed a dispute with my Bank of America but merchant have refused to respond to them at well(filed dispute on 12/26/2019).
I went ahead and contacted UPS for clarification and they told me maternity Miracles put restrictions on that package hence only the seller can request for information on that package.
I have emailed them on countless number of times and called the numbers they provided but no response to any. I am pregnant ,due in April and I need money to purchase a new set. Please help me.

Hi ***,This is ***. I made a complaint about a purchase on November 29th,2019 of which I never received and Maternity Miracles which is the name of company was unwilling to refund my money.After filing a complaint with Revdex.com on February, 3rd 2020, the company have finally refunded my money via ***. I just received a notification from my bank. So I want to thank you for your help in this matter. God bless you immensely

I bought a baby carriage from Maternity Miracles order# *** (Baby Stroller 3 in 1 High Pram For Newborns (Stroller, Bassinet, Car Seat) - Black/Gold | Convenient Luxury Hot Mom Baby strollers). It arrived defective and missing parts and now I need to return it but the site has not responded whatsoever via email, their online request page, or by phone. There has been a major and complete disregard for my emails, online requests, and emails to return this defective baby carriage. The site advises that they must be contacted then will send the return address but they have been completely non-responsive for weeks.. Please help!!

Hello. I would like to first say I am sorry you have not received a response from us in a timely fashion.

I do however want to explain the reasoning for this situation. Our business is located in Northern California and at the time of your email asking about the return we were experiencing a statewide blackout in response to prevent wildfires from happening. Our business was the first to lose power and the last to get it back up and running. This is due to the location of where we operate and the high risk of wildfire involved with certain weather factors.

I have provided a few screenshots of the customers emails asking about the return and the date they were sent also with a few screenshots to show the news stories about the power outage that occurred.

With all that being said I have responded to you as soon as we got our power back through email and I have offered you a full refund or a replacement for the defective stroller.

I look forward to hearing back from you so we can resolve this issue.
