We were not happy with the Geometry DVDs we received. The actors' clothes and hairstyles were from the 1970s and they spoke like were talking to small children. My 16-yr-old wanted nothing to do with them, so I returned them for a refund (money-back guarantee was plainly stated, which is why I felt safe spending the $80). I did send it back with signature confirmation required, as instructed, but a month went by and I hadn't heard anything. I called the phone number for MME and the person who answered claimed they never received the returned package. He said as soon as it arrived he would have a refund check to me within a week. I spoke to the Brooklyn Post Office, who confirmed nobody ever answered the door to sign for it. They redelivered successfully, but two more weeks went by with no contact. I called MME again, and he apologized for not getting it sent out and said I'd have a check within a week. It never came and the phone was no longer being answered (I continued to leave messages with no response).

If your child can learn from the outdated presentations (it may not bother some people), then this product is legitimate. The fraudulent piece is if you want a refund - you will never receive it.

Rude customer service from their customer service guy Jarrod. The program was made in the mid 80's to 90's. Its extremely slow and doesn't help. When I called to return the DVD set Jarrod talked down to me and kept putting me on random holds without telling me he was doing so. At the end of that phone call he stated that I would see a refund in 5 to 7 days after the returned items was received. Well the DVD set was returned and received by them but haven't got my refund so I called back and who do I get? The incredibly rude Jarrod who precedes to tell me that it will take 30 days to receive my refund! When I asked to speak to someone else he refused and said no one else was there even though I could hear others in the back ground. He then puts me on multiple hold without my knowledge except for one time and only spoke nice when I said I would be contacting the Revdex.com. Will never recommend this program.

Review: I have been told multiple time I will be receiving a full refund of 59.95, that is the cost of the product only. I was offered free shipping when I ordered the product from a lady. After the item was returned they only refunded 40.00. this company is hard to deal with and are extremely rude and degrading. I know its only 20.00 bucks but honesty is everything when it comes to running a business. This is the worse company I have ever dealt with as far as customer care and satisfaction. I have been hung up on and laughed at from the start of returning the item.Desired Settlement: To be refunded the amount I was told originally and that they not ever treat another customer the way they have treated me.
