Review: We purchase 2 graphing calculators ([redacted]). Received both calculators, but discovered the [redacted] is not the one we need (not the falt of Math4Sale). We sent the [redacted] calcualtor back to Math4Sale with a written request to either refund the cost of the calculator or exchange the calulator for a new TI-84 Plus we idientified in our letter. We did not hear from Math4Sale for several weeks so I emailed them, through my [redacted] email since we found the company through [redacted], asking for a response. They did email asking for additional information (tracking # and how the calculator was sent to them) but I was not notified by [redacted] of an email response from the company. More months went by, and when I became aware of the email from Math4Sale asking for the tracking # and form of mailing, I responded to Math4Sale's request by providing the [redacted] tracking #, and the full information provided to us by [redacted]. I did not hear anyhting from the Math4Sale, no email, no phone call. I left several phone messages for the company and my husband has since let several phone messages for the company and we have not heard had any response from Math4Sale yet. Bottom line is that they initially said we were within the warranty period and could exchange the calulator, we sent the calculator back, but have not received the replacement calulator. they have our money from the initial purchase and the have not replaced tha calculator and they have not responded to multiple phone calls. Another item of irritation is that there is NEVER a live person to talk to. All "customer inquiries" that are phoned in, go into the "customer inquiries" messaging system and in our case are never returned.Desired Settlement: We are asking for a phone call to get this resolved and to make sure we have a timeline and confirmation of the correct calculator wanted. If a repacement/exchange is not avaialble then we would expect a refund of our money for the original calculator cost.
