As soon as we received the complaint I reviewed the file and called [redacted] to find out why this happened and why we were not notifiedThe customers numbers he stated in his complaint are not inaccurate, but does not diminish his complaintIt is validIf this happened to me I would also be upset and aggravated [redacted] stated it was an internal system error and agreed to refund all premium paid with no additional payment due by the customer (as I stated I am concerned and not pleased this happened to one of our customers but I am pleased [redacted] responded quickly to refund the customers money)We were able to resolve the same day I received the letter from Revdex.comThe customer should receive a full refund in the next few daysI have notified the customer with more detail of why this happened than I am disclosing here and also asked him to call me if he does not receive refund or has any other questions or concerns [redacted] L [redacted]

If this happened to me I would also be upset and aggravated.
