a disposition charge of $was charged to my vehicle lease which I am reqesting a refund for on 12/I leased a xt Cadillac from [redacted] Cadillac , after reviewing my lease I questioned the $charge assessed, the dealership advised that since gm financial was now the finance company they were utilizing and that they required this $chargeon all my previous transactions for my lease [redacted] financial was utilized and if you leased and or purchased a another gm vehicle that this charge was not assessedmy complaint is that [redacted] did not give me the option to finance my vehicle with [redacted] so I could avoid this $charge I cotacted gm finance who advised that this charge would not have been assessed if [redacted] financial was utilized

Dealership provided a faulty repair job on my Saturn Sky Redline on march 2015, Invoice ## [redacted] (replace intercooler) Dear Ms [redacted] In jan 0f I was attempting to replace the intercoller cover/air deflector on my car when I discovered that they would not fit properly After further examination, I found several glaring shortcomings of this repair job that were the cause of this problem To be specific, both of the intercooler-mounting brackets were damaged but surprisingly reused and mounted The left bracket was so bent that only one mounting bracket bolt was securing it to the mount and it was partially dislodged from the bracket mountThe other bolt and insulator were completely missing Both front support braces were removed from their positions and never replaced nor returned to me I am absolutely perplexed on why the intercooler did not become dislodged from its mount totally and caused significant damage In order to repair this properly I had to

Car was damaged during car was at Ed morse Cadillac On March 3, I went to Ed Morse Cadillac to get my car washedWhen the car came out my windshield wiper was brokenRoman came in and stated in front of me and my son that when it came out the windshield wiper was brokenAt that point Mike S [redacted] stated that they were taking my car in the back to fix it at that time did paperwork, and I asked him if there was going to be a charge he said no my son [redacted] also herd thisAfter a while Mike came back, and told the charges were going to be $I told him that I was not going to pay that because it was working prior to that He said let me go talk to my manager when Mike came back he stated the manager said that he would not charge me for labor and I buy the part I said no let me talk to your manager at that time I spoke with the manager he stated that they were not responsible because it was already broken I then stated that it was notThis became a ongoing arguement

The dealership is charging me a towing fee for my car that is a warranty issue I have a Saturn Vue which broke down on Wed, 02/21/as I was driving into workI called the dealership to inquire about having it repaired and explained it is not drive-ableI spoke to Tim Radice (service advisor) who advised me that if the part that failed is under warranty they would cover the cost of towing, parts and laborAfter they received my car they identified that the CV joint (which was previously repaired by the Brandon location) failed and he told me it covered under the year warranty since it was only months ago when it was repairedHowever he then proceeded to tell me in a separate phone conversation that since my car was repaired with "after market parts" that they would not be covering the towing bill of $since the repair was originally done at their Brandon store and they had nothing to do with it and due to the"after market parts" were installed (which I had no prio

Vehicle continues to break down with the same issue after several diagnosed repairsProblem not resolved
Reduced power on vehicle was diagnosed as a throttle body issue and that needed replacementIt was replaced but then needed to be rewiredEd Morse did the rewiring but a couple of months later the previous symptoms resurfaced againI have serious doubt it was the original issue about replacing the throttle bodyNow they want to fix the wiring again and charge me again
Besides the horrible job they did when diagnosing (cutting corners- not removing stabilizer bar and more-losing plugs on the engine cover and more lousy job) and what looks like trainees out of school learning with my money trying different things and the customer paysCadillac SRX R.OOpened MAR Said need more wiring replacement going from Throttle body connector to ECU ? The problem is also they keep recommending repairs but then problem comes back and something else not mentioned before

I recently tried pairing an extra remote to my SRX and during the process my car was rendered un-startableI went to Ed Morse Cadillacs service department and explained my car would not start and was forward facing in a one car garage in parkI asked for assistance in the process for programming the remotes and they advised me to have my car towed in and that the tow company could disengage the car out of parkOne service advisor did print out a document and suggesting to following it and try again to reprogram the remotes but it was to no availI returned and service "technicians" advised me to have the car towed which would cost hundreds and that it would take an hour to clear the cars pairing mode and reprogram the remotesI called my mechanic I have done business with for years, with his experience he advise to disconnect the battery for a few seconds and try the remotes againWorked like a charm, something the Ed Morse service department could have easily suggested however they prefer to see the customer shell out hundreds when they would have done the exact same thingThe last car I buy from themTheir is something to be said about your local mechanic verses the large dealerships who try and rip you offA Little compassion and suggestive assistance goes a long way

I believe the vehicle I purchased was given fraudulent "certification" based on vehicle issues
I purchased my "certified" pre-owned SRX in February My husband noticed mechanical issues almost right away - there was a strange steering wheel shake that occurred during accelerationOnce I began to feel the same, I scheduled an appointment April
During the appointment, my service rep confirmed that he and other mechanics had driven the vehicle and felt the shake but were uncertain of the cause, so they would need to keep my carMy appointment was on a Saturday and it took until Thursday to determine the issue; the service rep stated my front axle needed to be replacedMy husband made an observation, "seems odd that a "certified" vehicle bought within a couple of months would need such a repair."
After another few months, electrical problems began to occurThe low tire pressure alert would alarm for one tire, but it was really another tire that needed airThen one

Have taken my Escalade in for repair times paid $but the problem still exists just as before
On three occassions starting last September and running through October, I tookn my Cadillac Escalade in for an electrical problem Electrical system experiences wide-ranging failure and the transmission will not shift The problem is not mechanical it is electrical They had my car in the shop a total of three and a half weeks but still have not done anything but charge me more money with no repair Each time I go there they tell me I need one more part and more labor Each time I pay but to no avail They also lost one of my sheel covers which they will not replace This is maddening and terribly unfair I am not asking for anything but to have my car repaired for the $I have already paid them If they can't fix the problelm - I want my money back This is absolutely unfair business practice My contact there has been Wendy Goode the service department manager
