I went in to see Jack because of a problem with our yr old Kenmore (Panasonic) I felt that he was honest in saying that he felt the repair wouldn't be worth it ($worth of work on a vacuum that sold for $300) He made the un-planned-for purchase of a new vacuum mostly painless - didn't try to sell me more vacuum than I needed - and even gave me a generous traallowance for the Kenmore

We have used Tache Vacum twice We have a year old central vacuum We found the suction was poor and we were sure we would have to buy a new central vacuum After checking the vacuum they talked us out of buying a new vacuum and did the repairs The repair bill was very reasonable and the vacuum is now working better than it has for the last years The owner does the repairs himselfThe service is prompt, they made the home visit within hours to check the system and the rebuild of the motor was done in three days Jack came to our hours in a storm once at pm as he had sated he would be here that day He gave us hints on how to maintain our system, demonstrated a new product to clean the central vacuum pipes and demonstrated a vacuum mop ( a micro fiber pad that you us with the vacuum on hardwood) The mop is absolutely great and picks up much more lose dirt than the floor attachmentWe have been very pleased with the service we have received and would highly recommend Tache Vacum Also every one should try the mop attachment
