I am rejecting this response because: I never ordered the tank, that was the previous owner of the house. If you had explained to me your policy concerning tank pick up, I would not have ordered fuel from you. I didn't benefit from the 20 percent of gas and tank set up so the 2 percent refund of 20.00 is a far cry from the 85.00 that I feel you owe me after the 95.00 tank pick up charge. At least you told me of the pick up charge when I called you to come and get the tank but nothing was said of the 100.00 pump out fee. If you leave 20% in the tank, that means you charged me 100.00 to pump out 2% of the gas. I am not satisfied with your response and will file further complaints with the appropriate agency's.

[redacted] Please review the attached documentation.  Attached you will find: 1.      The original lease dates and for the leases that you have.  It will show the lease dates for the Oxygen 125 the acetylene AC4 and the large Oyxgen 337. 2.      You will find the renewal of the 125 oxygen lease paid for with your check number 22126 dated 4/6/09 for the next 5 year period to 2/2014. 3.      The renewal of the same lease and lease date of the Oxygen 125 dated 3/1/2014.  Note that the 5 year span and month follow with the original lease. 4.      The original shipper with the lease for the AC4 acetylene and the Oxygen 337.  Note the month and year. 5.      The renewal for the lease for the AC4 and Oxygen 337.  Note the month and year coincide with the original lease and the 5 year time span. 6.      Copy of a transaction for the Argon/ CO2 cylinder that is on rental.  We do not have a lease set up for a large Argon/CO2 382.Please provide documentation that shows the oxygen 125 being returned.  We don’t have documentation that reflects a return and you continued to renew the lease per the attached paperwork. The large Argon/CO2 in your possession was never on a lease.  Please provide any payment documentation or lease documentation showing where you were invoiced for a large Argon/CO2 382 lease or renewal. You have already been supplied with the rental invoices that we have available and that you have paid verifying the cylinders in your possession.  Please note that invoices are clearly marked regarding lease or rental. We appreciate your concern, and wish to respond to this issue.Since, as you stated, the minimum delivery was 100 gallons, your request of refund would reduce that amount significantly. This in and of itself negates any credit for the propane, since that would reduce the sale to under the minimum...

amount. Also, at the time of sale, there was no agreement in place for any refunds, since again that would have taken it under the minimum delivery amount. Furthermore, you used up almost all of the propane we delivered, since there was 20% in the tank before the delivery, and 22% when we picked it up. 2% x 330 = 7 gallons of the propane you purchased. The reason behind the minimum delivery amount is because of the time and cost involved in setting up the account, making the delivery, then ultimately picking up the tank and pumping out the propane. With that being said, in the spirit of compromise I propose we issue a credit of $20.00 to more than cover those 7 gallons in full. Sincerely, [redacted]
