I am rejecting this response because:
This information is not correct, they are ignoring the issues that although they sent that many people on the day of loading sat in the truck the whole time and I was asked to help load the truck the whole time. And on drop off day they brought people and one stayed in the truck the whole time. I was begged to help unload the truck. I think I unloaded the truck more than their workers as I worked hard the entire hours. The movers did not unpack the larger items that they packed (tvs, lamps, and large pictures), some of which were damaged beyond repair. They did not put on the doors they took off. I am not insane to wonder why I was begged to work a total of almost hours between the two days when I was told they do everything. Worst move ever

We are in receipt of this complaint from 9-25 and have now been able to research [redacted]'s concerns.  Matheson Transfer moved him under the agreement we have with North American Van Lines.  As stated in the complaint, the shipment was loaded on 8-21 and delivered on 8-22.  Also as...

stated [redacted] paid $4747.40 for his services.[redacted]'s statement that no one called to notify him of the arrival time for the load corresponds with our notes that he was not called or we received no response from the phone number on file.In our industry 5 laborers to load a shipment of that size standard.  Inventory must be done and is part of our service and is included in the cost.  We have no notes from the loading crew about needing any additional help with the loading process.  All crew members worked 8.4 hours. Travel time to and from our warehouse would be about 2.2 hours.  This amount of time fits with industry standards.[redacted]'s statement that no one called to notify him of the delivery time corresponds with our notes that he was not called or we received no response from the number on file.His statements about the unloading, once again in our industry, 4 Laborers is considered sufficient to unload a move of this size.  The crew worked a total of 12 hours minus the travel time of about 5 hours, they would have been unloading a total of 7 hours.  [redacted] states the unloading was done in 5 hours. This amount of time fits with Industry standards.
