My garage door broke on Thursday night. I called them and let them know I needed it fixed before the weekend. They showed up after their normal calls were complete on Friday afternoon. By 6pm they had my door humming like new. And the cost was far below what I was expecting. I give them a big two thumbs up!!!

I called this morning to schedule a technician to reprogram my garage door system and deliver an additional remote garage door opener. The young lady who handled the call was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and took careful pains to ensure that she had copied my information correctly and scheduled a service call for this afternoon. I immediately received an email with the details of the planned service call, including the names and photographs of a group of technicians,one of whom would make the call.

A while later, I received a phone call from Kinsman K[redacted], the technician who had been dispatched to take care of my service. He arrived a short while later, introduced himself and immediately set to work to reprogram the system and activate the new opener. Kinsman was very friendly, neat in appearance, and obviously knew his business. First of all, he explained in detail exactly what work was involved, how much it would cost, and made certain that I understood and agreed to everything before he began his tasks, which he completed in a very timely manner, explaining everything again as he proceeded.. He was exceptionally professional and friendly. Both Kinsman K[redacted] and the young lady who processed my service request epitomize the very highest professional services standards.
