I have been played a fool was given the run around taking a week longer to fix my truck than stated when I had brought it in. The customer service in their service department is non existent. The service tech [redacted] was completely rude and when I asked to speak to a manager he said hey [redacted] this [redacted] Head wants to speak to you because his truck is not done. I have filed a corporate complaint and am waiting on the outcome of that. DO NOT take your vehicle to them for repairs I do not know how their sales department is but the SERVICE DEPARTMENT is a complete shame to the FORD brand.
