I am rejecting this response because: I have faxed all invoices that show the repairs made and paid for on the [redacted]. It's clear I bought the car "as is." I am not disputing that fact. The reason I had to reject Miss [redacted]'s offer, and which I made clear to [redacted] and Miss. [redacted] is because I have NO credit and my income is $733.00 month. I cannot make payments on anything. Young man [redacted] said to me," so you bought a $3000. car instead of $1500." I am only seeking half of the amount paid. Otherwise I would still be owning a vehicle I could not drive. The Revdex.com has copies of all the repair invoices. Miss [redacted] never invited me to bring the car back to "see what they could do." If that was the case I would have most certainly brought the car. All I seemed to get from anyone is, "we sold the car AS IS." "It's on you now'" which they also told me there was no lemon law for used cars but there is. I really don't feel I am being unreasonable.
