In regards to the complaint from [redacted] , I had every intention of returning to complete the ceiling as promised I purchased the paint and primer to be used for the job.My not responding to a text message does not warrant a complaint She knows that I am very busy and if I don't get back to her right away she usually calls me anyway. But she very well knows that we caulked those windows on more than one occasion because of the harsh heat it is sometimes necessary to re do itI did not want to cake it on and have a worse looking job as what she has on the bricks and mortar as I pointed out to her.Right away everyone that comes over will glorify themselves and talk bad about the previous personI have never lied to her about anything because it is not my natureNot only is she a client but also considered to be a friendI am truly sorry that you feel that you have been misled after all of this time I see no way to remedy the situation as you have been convinced that I have taken advantage of your kindness

Dear Nicole My response to Don M [redacted] claims, is yes, I did give him a good review on YelpOn June 2, I felt that he did do good work and I had no reason to think otherwise unit now. When I first bought my house in August of 2010; even though I had it inspected before I bought it, I found out that behind the wall paper there was black mold throughoutI had to have the flat roof repaired and the vinyl siding replace before the Aero Abatement Company could come in to cut out the mold everywhere Then after the mold company, then Don M [redacted] from [redacted] came to fix the houseI could not move into my house until the middle of December So, I am very concern about having mold reoccurring in my house and I try to stay on top of any issues that can cause a problem. As far as the windows, on August 31, 2017, Apex Window Werks, installer came to informed me that my windows were not caulk previous to them doing the workAll I know is that after Apex caulk my windows, I had no more wet walls. As for the plumbing, I recognize that Don did do work to try to fix the leak and he informed me that he would get in touch with [redacted] the plumber to fix itMy issue with this is I paid $to have the same problem prior to Don working on the leak, nothing changeThen to pay additional $for the same serviceThen ending with a total of $for an uncompleted jobNow, I texted Don on August 21, about sharing some of the money with [redacted] , the plumber for the work that he did on August 23, From August 21, to the day of September 7, when I submitted the complaint; which was over two weeks, Don never responded back to me.My main reason for this complaint is, Don M [redacted] did not see the need to address my text and made me conclude the unlikelihood of finishing the workAgain, I’m very concern about having a mold issue again and unnecessary added problems that I already paid for to affect my time, money but especially my health is something I cannot trivialize or dismissSincerely, [redacted] P.SI am not looking for any money back but I just wanted to let him know that was not fair or right

Dear Nicole My response to Don M[redacted] claims, is yes, I did give him a good review on Yelp. On June 2, 2017 I felt that he did do good work and I had no reason to think otherwise unit now. When I first bought my house in August of 2010; even though I had it inspected before I bought it, I found out that behind the wall paper there was black mold throughout. I had to have the flat roof repaired and the vinyl siding replace before the Aero Abatement Company could come in to cut out the mold everywhere.  Then after the mold company, then Don M[redacted] from [redacted] came to fix the house. I could not move into my house until the middle of December 2010. So, I am very concern about having mold reoccurring in my house and I try to stay on top of any issues that can cause a problem. As far as the windows, on August 31, 2017, Apex Window Werks, installer came to informed me that my windows were not caulk previous to them doing the work. All I know is that after Apex caulk my windows, I had no more wet walls. As for the plumbing, I recognize that Don did do work to try to fix the leak and he informed me that he would get in touch with [redacted] the plumber to fix it. My issue with this is I paid $400 to have the same problem prior to Don working on the leak, nothing change. Then to pay additional $100 for the same service. Then ending with a total of $500 for an uncompleted job. Now, I texted Don on August 21, 2017 about sharing some of the money with [redacted], the plumber for the work that he did on August 23, 2017. From August 21, 2017 to the day of September 7, 2017 when I submitted the complaint; which was over two weeks, Don never responded back to me.My main reason for this complaint is, Don M[redacted] did not see the need to address my text and made me conclude the unlikelihood of finishing the work. Again, I’m very concern about having a mold issue again and unnecessary added problems that I already paid for to affect my time, money but especially my health is something I cannot trivialize or dismiss. Sincerely,[redacted]P.S. I am not looking for any money back but I just wanted to let him know that was not fair or right.

Good afternoon [redacted] I am writing this letter in response to the complaint received by [redacted]. I must first say that a complaint against me truly comes as a shock to me following a very pleased review that she wrote on my yelp page. The price that was paid for the windows has never...

been in question, as I installed them and on two occasions caulked the outside of the windows. I pointed out to her the old caulk that was poorly applied prior to my doing anything. It can not be removed by me, without causing damage to the bricks by trying to remove it. We applied new caulk to the inside as well as the outside along with insulation where possible. The very first job that I did for her was through [redacted] and she had just purchased the house and noticed the presence of mould. And now, she is making claims that it is from the window installation, but this is an existing issue and not my fault. As for the plumbing issue , I gave her a price quote, verbal which was higher than I actually charged her for the repairs that I did which I showed her exactly what was changed as well as running the water for a long time prior to closing the ceiling. My price included repairing the ceiling where I opened it as well as coming back to prime and paint the entire ceiling based upon her availability as well as mine. When she discovered there was still something leaking I came back and saw a problem that I was not comfortable trying to fix and I would have my master plumber come by to fix it.She had a disturbing phone call and was in no condition for me to send anyone right back over.He was finally able to go by and repair the additional problem as well as her talking to him about additional work. I was still supposed to go back and finish the ceiling but after the disturbing message to the Revdex.com by someone I also viewed as a friend , I was to disturbed to call her as I was at a lost for words because she did not call me with these concerns as they appear to be the words of someone other than her.
