Ziegler tire corporate office they are going to send a check to purchase new rims

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
When the vehicle was brought back for inspection, note that circumferential scrapes and scratches on all four wheels were pointed out to Bill, the store managerHowever, he refused to acknowledge the scratches on the passenger wheels as they weren't as severe as those on the driver wheels.The day the damage was found, I did take photos showcasing this damage on all four wheels (not just the driver side wheels), and emailed them to BillI have retained these photos as evidence of the damage caused by Ziegler.Bill verbally admitted to me in person that Ziegler's tire machines did absolutely cause these circumferential scrapes and scratches, and he reaffirmed this statement to me at a later date in writing via email.Regarding the scratched spoke on the right front wheel, my only comment is that I previously worked in a tire shop for five years--I know that technicians drop tools, slip with their hands, and encounter a multitude of other accidents that could have caused this damageThe claim that Ziegler could not have possibly caused this is absurd.Furthermore, the damage on the steering wheel was in the form of wrinkles and tears that appear to have been caused by excessive grip or force, not scratches that would have been caused by jewelry.The day I picked up my vehicle, nobody informed me that my wheels were damagedThe shop also kept the barely-used all-season tires that were removed without telling meI had to return to specifically ask that my old tires be returned to me, and I had to return to inquire about the damage myselfAs soon as Bill saw the driver side wheels, he claimed "wow, he really got you good." If the damage is that obvious, why didn't the technician or other store employees have the integrity to inform me of the damage as soon as it occurred?Ziegler may have been in business for many years, but their handling of this issue does not reflect an organization that holds high standards of integrity.My desired resolution is unchangedI will provide the emails and photos referenced in this message to the Revdex.com upon request.As I have stated to Bill in previous correspondence, if Ziegler will not willingly make right the injuries I have incurred, I will file a complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office, and I will seek necessary damages in court for negligence on Ziegler's part

In reference to the subject concern submitted 11/25, the claimant brought in his vehicle to have four tires installed. Ziegler Tire performed the work requested and when he picked up his car he claimed cosmetic damage was done to his leather steering wheel and all four of his wheels. This complaint...

was brought to the attention of the store manager and shortly thereafter the claimant was contacted and asked to bring his vehicle into the store in order to assess his claim. Upon inspection we found the two wheels on the driver side had minor surface scratches and could have been scratched during the mounting process. The two wheels on the passenger side had minor scratches on the inside spoke, this damage was not and could not have occurred while dismounting / mounting the tires. The steering wheel had a minor scratch in the leather but highly unlikely this occurred while in our possession. The vehicle was brought in and removed from our service bay by the retail manager. He does not wear a watch or any jewelry that would cause this damage. Ziegler Tire has been in business since 1919. We employ highly trained and professional technicians. Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction but in those rare instances a complaint is received we respond and resolve the issue accordingly. Since there is a possibility we scratched the two driver side wheels, these will be replaced. We will not accept responsibility for the passenger side wheels or steering wheel. This damage was not caused by Ziegler Tire.

number of factors and elements which form part of this advice ranging from the number of items misplaced, the nature of the item and importance to the household, the efforts, plan and strategy to locate the item(s) and the communication between parties. 
In terms of the claim, I understand the claim has been honored in full and a payment/cheque has been issued.
