Review: Charges were made and deducted from retainer in excess of $1300. for administrative time for 3 items never received at no fault to me. Several attempts at resolving issue via letter and email have virtually been ignored.Desired Settlement: I timely resolution and payment for unfair charges (already paid in full) and full return of adjusted retainer.

I am rejecting this response because: the business owner did not address the issue I have with her firm. it is unethical in my opiniion to charge a client over $1300. in administrative charges for items that were never received at NO FAULT or MISTAKE BY ME. The total cost of the items was only $900.00. I am not an attorney, but there is nothing in the contract with the firm that states I am responsible for administrative charges for goods never received.. I will confer with attorney regarding resolving this matter.
