Review: I bought an engagement ring last July from this store. The [redacted], [redacted], shipped my ring to California in a poor condition. There was a fracture on the setting, and all the diamonds were loose. I found out by taking the ring for cleaning in California. I paid $40 to ship it back to him, and he claimed there was no fracture. I went to the store personally after he said on the phone "The only thing that is fractured is the "eye" of the person who looked at it". I insisted that both my mother and fiance saw the fracture as well. He finally agreed to fix it after an hour of arguing. He insisted that only one diamond on the setting was loose. He also promised to clean the ring before sending it back to my fiance in California. My fiance received the ring dirty. She took the ring to another jewelry store who told her that 7 of the setting diamonds were loose! I am very upset. My fiance has only enjoyed her ring for 2 weeks since our engagement 2 months ago! The whole time the ring was being fixed, with poor outcome.Desired Settlement: An investigation to determine if the store meets industry standards.
