As I mention on a phone, We try our best to satisfy the customersthis particular customer we did twice all her clothshe seem happy when she left if she still have any problems I am also willing to redo againAnd and also will gibe $store credit which that is the amount she paid the store credit can use for her future service I thank you very much for your assistance in this important matter

Approximately 5pm [redacted] came to Dry Clean Sup CenterAs soon as she walkedin, she staring yelling; screaming and calling names suing very unprofessional languageshe was using racial profanity, vulgar languageShe was not cooperativeNot willing to listen anything my employee or I have to sayShe just keeps yelling and threatening and said "I will call TV Station, police call police; I will sue your store"I try to explain her that one of pants has two different jobs, Hem and Waist take inWe charge by each job not by each peaceShe also said, "! will slap you cheater, thieve, you don't know whom you dealing with" She also said, I have people in place and I can destroy your dam business"I was not going to charge extra due to my employee didn't mention that pants waists take in are an extraBut she was not willing to listenShe threw Credit Card and said, "take your dam Money and hope you will go Hell: she walked out screaming.Thank you very much for your assistance in above matter.If you any further question please feel free to contact.Revdex.com MESSAGE: I have received your letter regarding my complaint from 5/31/against Matlock Dry Clean SuperCenterIam here by writing back a response to this complaint and that Iam representing the truth about my experience with the business.On May 28'h at 10:am Iwent to this Matlock Dry Clean Super Center to have a pair of jeans taken in and one pair of black dress pants to be taken in and hemmedThe Alterations women name [redacted] had already left that morningI had asked the owner if someone could pin my pants so they could be alteredThe owner had one of his girls from the back come up and we went into the office so Icould try on both pants so she could pin them to be alteredOnce she pinned both pants the girl checked me out and I paid her $The girl asked me if Iwanted my pants to be dry cleaned I told her no.I had received a phone call from [redacted] on May 31, at 8:53am from [redacted] that was seconds long stating the girl had written down to shorten my pants but she shows there are pins to take in my pants and if Iwant them taken in there would be an additional charge and stated to call her back.I called [redacted] back at [redacted] at the Matlock Dry Clean Super Center during my lunch time and I was told that [redacted] had left for the day again.Iwent up to the Matlock Dry Clean Super Center after workI spoke to [redacted] who Ithought was the owner instead of [redacted] I had explained to him that I had received a call from [redacted] that there was going to be an additional charge when I had already paid them for taking in my pants that why the pins were attached to the pantsItold him I should not have to pay again because I already paid on May 28'\ when I originally came inIf the girl that pinned my pants did not know what to charge then why did she ask me if Iwould like to go ahead and pay for my pants right thenThis is clearly not my fault.When Igot home Itried on my jeans and they were taken in at the waist; however my dress pants had not been taken in or touchedSo I paid $to only have one pair of pants alteredThat's a shameThis business after Itold them I did not want them dry cleaned they took it upon them self to do so without my permission and charged me for them.Matlock Dry Clean Super Center has a video camera when you walk in their business and a video camera where I had changed in and out of my pants for his worker to pin for alterationsYou can try to view this video to show that [redacted] is lying stating I said the following things in his letter to you stating I had starting yelling and screaming and calling him names with unprofessional language and using racial profanityIdid not start yelling until he told me that they have to make a living and would not provide the customer service Ideserved and own up to their mistakeIwill admit that I did tell him I would call channel news on him and his business; however I did not do soI did tell him he was a poor business owner that took advantage of peopleI never told him I had people in place that could destroy him and his business [redacted] never offered to remove the charge as a good business owner would have done; as a matter of fact *** [redacted] stated if I did not pay Iwould not get my property backIthen gave him my credit card at 4:59pm so I could get my pants and leave.Iwould have called the police however it was a Friday afternoon and it was raining very heavily and I just want to get homeNow Iwished I had called the police before I leftwill tell you that I called the police on June 11, and spoke to office Kincaid to ask him what the law was about protesting in front of a businessOfficer Kincaid told me as long I was not on the owner's property and stayed on the side walk and not speak to the owner and protested quietly there was no law against doing the protest.I went up to the Matlock Dry Clean Super Center on June 11, at 2:00pm with a sign that stated the following; Do not trust Matlock Dry CleanersThey will rip you off.I had been protesting for about hours and minutes when [redacted] called the police [redacted] ** *** [redacted] with the Arlington Police Department came around 4:30pmThe female officer asked me why I was protesting and I told herShe went in to Matlock Dry Clean Super Center and spoke to *** ***, after about minutes they both came out [redacted] starting telling me to get off his property, the officer and I told him Iwas not on his property and the officer asked him to go back into his business.The officer told me if he tries to talk to me or cause any problems to call the Police and ask for her directly and she would come back out.Why am Itelling you this? Because I am a very truthful person and I have never stood up for my rights before and would just let things go, however this business took it to far and Ifelt that Matlock Dry Clean Super Center was taking advantage of customers by charging them twice for services that had already been paid in fullreceived copies of [redacted] ***letter and copies of both tickets one for $and one for $The first ticket# [redacted] is dated 6/04/and the second ticket# [redacted] is dated 1/04/This was not my ticket numberI only had one ticket number and it was [redacted] This was my first time going to this cleaners and Iwill never go backPlease see the attached copy of both pair of pants with the pink ticket still attached that clearly shows alteration ticket# [redacted] .I have no reason to lie to anyone; here is a copy again of my receipt, my original complaint letter, copy of my pants with the alteration ticket number and the police officer name and cardI still have the voice message that [redacted] from the Matlock Dry Clean Super Center left on May 31, 2016.I am only requesting to be reimbursed for the second charge of $when in fact they charged me for dry cleaning that I didn't ask for and charged me again for an additional alteration that I had already paid forI feel since [redacted] has been lying to you and his customers I feel Ithat Matlock Dry Clean Super Center should refund me the full amount of $Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: We try our best to serve all our customers equally and very professionallyI and my employees tried our very best to please [redacted] Not only that but we even went extra steps to accommodate her by sending her in my private office to try on her pants and my employee pinned her pants in front of mirror in the officeBecause [redacted] said her regular alteration lady couldn't complete in timely manner and she had to have her work[redacted] VVltson has caused me and my business finonci ! and emotional distress, !ost customers because negative publicityFirst she was fighting in the store during a very busy rush hour, screaming and yelling calling namesSecond, she was in front of my business on the most busy day (Saturday) holding large sign saying "DO NOT TRUST MATLOCK DAY CLEANERS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF"I have been in this business more than years and I never had anyone like [redacted] , for an elderly, lady to use vulgar language and foul mouth.My alteration lady has written a statement stating the job she did and what was the cost for itSince [redacted] said, she didn't request for cleaning and it was charge $per pc, plus tax for cleaningTotal $I am willing to refund the cost if she is willing to write me statement stating that she will not give our business negativity in the future.In the future, we will to be very careful and explain to the customers what the cost of each service is and have a clear understanding between customer's employeesWe will never do anything first without the customers consent or understanding of price

I am rejecting this response because to begin with they did not re-clean my garments because they never changed the tags on the clothes. The owner is not correct when he says that.  My new dry cleaner showed me that if they had re-cleaned my clothes they would have different tags and taken them off the hanger and put in a bag which is not something they did when I registered my complaint.  I had to have my clothes re-cleaned, the new dry cleaner wouldn't even touch them.  We were standing outside as I was telling her my story and we could smell them even though they were inside!!I will NEVER go back to them to clean my clothes so to accept a store credit will not work for me.   We are not talking about a lot of money it is only $13!!!!

Please notify customer that we refunding money after re done several time is against the our Day Cleaning policy. However for this one time I will make exception and offer 50% refund and rest store credit.    I hope Ms. [redacted] will accept the offer.  I am very sorry for the inconveniences.
