Avoid Matrix at all costsI just don't think they know what they are doing and they don't follow Google PoliciesThey don't create your account properly in a way that you have AT LEAST have read-only accessAccording to Google Policies, as a third party provider, you are expected to share ALL the information the client requiresAll the information belongs to the client but Matrix fails to understand this and believes that their policies supersedes Google's (and that is not the case since they are using their platform)It also seems to me like they manipulate the data they give you even though they claim that the report comes directly from GoogleHow do I know? You'll notice that the CTR is pretty much always wrongTheir reports only come with the clicks, impressions, and CTRThey hide their costs claiming that they get special Google pricingWell, if special Google pricing comes at a higher CPC, then you can keep itI've worked with other PPC companies and this is by far the worstI know exactly how Google works as I'm now a Google Partner giving honest service to those who need itBelieve me, Matrix only wants your money and does not care about your business at allBe very careful with who you work withThey promise you the moon and stars but in the end, like most of these companies, they don't deliver because they can't, it just doesn't work that wayAn honest company knows this and I tried to warn a client of mine about them (he hired me for other services) but sometimes the deal seems too good to pass for those who do not know how these things work and Matrix takes advantage of that

Matrix Advertising LLC is a failure at best and a scam at worstMy sales didn't increase and when I cancelled, they charged me for another month on my credit cardI disputed with Amex, but because I didn't cancel days prior to the monthly renewal, I got s*I would stay away from them at all costsIt's a waste of money combined with hard selling, slick talking employees who sound like they're in India or Pakistan

The customer signed a contract of an advertising campaign. The campaign was launched successfully.
The contract is an auto-renewal contract mentioned in the terms and conditions.
So, Matrix charged the customer another $1550 for the second term.

Review: I entered an agreement with Matrix 3 months ago for an advertising campaign for a 90 day period. I thought I was finished with the campaign and there was a $1,550.00 withdrawal from my bank account yesterday. I was not notified or contacted in any way. This was a complete surprise. I do NOT wish to continue as a customer of Matrix. I want a full refund.Desired Settlement: give back the $1550 withdrawn from my account. Terminate this agreement or contract.

Avoid Matrix at all costs. I just don't think they know what they are doing and they don't follow Google Policies. You'll notice that the CTR is pretty much always wrong. Their reports only come with the clicks, impressions, and CTR. They hide their costs claiming that they get special Google pricing. Well, if special Google pricing comes at a higher CPC, then you can keep it. I've worked with other PPC companies and this is by far the worst. I know exactly how Google works as I'm now a Google Partner giving honest service to those who need it. Believe me, Matrix only wants your money and does not care about your business at all. Be very careful with who you work with.
