Review: We did not receive the full refund for 2007 Nissan Altima. We purchased this car about 2 months ago for $8,200. The next day we came to pick up the car it was not ready nor was it issued to us. My daughter and I did some research on the car using the carfax and found out that the car was salvaged, and stated a total loss. So, we returned to Matrix Automotive the follwoing demanind that we receive a refund for the car because we were not satisfied with the degree or condition of that vehicle. [redacted], who is [redacted] of Matrix Automotive, gave us only $3,200 back, in check. After a month, he gave us $2,000 back, in cash. Another month passes, we do not have the rest of the $3,000 in our possession. We are not happy with his services; he is a very dishonest man and he cannot be trusted with people's money. All that we ask was that he return to us the money he did not take so long to deposit. This is not how business is done! We have proof of his voided check. He issued a check with a closed account. We have contacted him about the money, he has told us many lies. One that includes him on camera stating that we would have the money by the certain date. There is text messages stating so as well. We will like this issue to be resolved as quickly as possible, and for this business to be closely monitored for future references or situations such as this one.Desired Settlement: We want $3,000 in cash for the refund of the 2007 Nissan Altima, as soon as possible!!!

Review: My mother, [redacted] and I went to this dealership (Matrix Automotive) on Monday, May [redacted], 2014. We put a deposit for $800 on the vehicle (2007 Nissan Altima) that same day we went to the dealership. The dealer informed us that next day,Tuesday May [redacted], 2014 we would receive the vehicle after paying the total amount. So, we went back to the dealership as informed and gave the rest of the deposit for the $8200 vehicle. My mother gave him a $5000 check, which he deposited the same day it was issued to him without giving us the vehicle. [redacted] and dealer of Matrix Auomotive, also informed us that the 2007 Nissan Altima would be ready for pick up, but it was not ready at all. We never received the car, so later in that day, we went over the deal, price, and status of the car. We found out that the car was salvaged, based on the written carfax given to us from [redacted] We did not feel satisfied buying or driving the car anymore according to its history. On Wednesday, May [redacted], 2014, my mother and I went back to the dealership to get a total refund on the vehicle. We expected to get our entire refund back, but instead we were given a $3,200 check. The rest of the $8,200 was given to the dealer through a check. My mother gave [redacted] a $5,000 check through Chase Bank. When we called Chase Bank later in the evening, he already took the $5,000 off of the account. We figured getting back the $5,000 would not be a problem because it was issued as a check. After speaking to [redacted] up front in person, as well as on the phone, [redacted] told us that he would put the money back on the account without hesitation. A week later he still did not put the $5,000 back on the account, so we went back to the dealership. On Wednesday, June [redacted], 2014, we issued us a check for $5,000, dated for June [redacted], 2014. When we went to deposit the check later in the weekend, the Chase Bank teller informed us that the account was non-existent and that it was a closed account. It is now June [redacted], 2014 and about 4 weeks went by and we still do not have the $5,000. [redacted] is well aware of this situation and he has been telling us multiple lies stating that he will give us back the money. We have records of him informing us that he will give us back the $5,000 but has yet to do so. We have the check in hand, text messages, and a video of him saying that he will give us the money back by Friday, June [redacted], 2014.Desired Settlement: This business needs to give us back the $5,000 for a vehicle that was never picked up or in my possession. It has been 4 weeks now after demanding a refund for the $8,200. Therefore, some legal action has to be involved. We want the $5,000 back in her account as quickly as possible!

Review: On june [redacted] 2014 I made a deposit of $3000.00 on a nissan altima 2007 at matrix automotive. I was to pick up the vehicle on the follow ing week. The car had a check engine light on and I ask the [redacted] to get that fix before I take the car. When we got there the Thursday he said the car was at the Nissan dealer. I should come back Saturday I went back Saturday the car still wasn't there he said to come back Monday. I took the day off work went there he said the car was still not back. I returned June [redacted] 2014 after [redacted] the [redacted] called me to say the car was back and ready to pick up. When I got there I turned the car on press the horn it was not working, none of the buttons in the steering wheel was working and the check engine light was still on. I told him I am not taking the car like that.

He showed me some receipt from nissan claiming that's where the car was coming from.

Because I really need to get the car without thinking I gave him another $3000.00 asking him to just get the car fix and I will pick it up the following week. My kids are home and I have a lot of plans.

[redacted] the [redacted] called me on July [redacted] and told me to come get the car. When I got the and ask them to turn on the car. They tried to take a battery from another car to put it the car am buying to start It. Then [redacted] told me that the horn is still not working and he will take $100 off the price of the car.

At this time I told him I want my money back.

He post date me a check for July ** 2014.

I said to him make sure my money is there he told me he spoke with the branch manger and I could get the check cash on 07/** I had to take the day off work to be in New York on that day when I went to the bank. I spoke with the cashier. She told me to take the check back to the issuer because it cant cash.

When I called [redacted] he told me I should deposit it.

Ok, I deposit the check only for it to bounce..

I never received a call from his office and even though my boyfriend went to speak with him he never called me nor did he return my boyfriends calls. SO I called him on 07/**/14 and I asked him whats up with my money he told me he ran into some problems and he putting my money together I said to him I cant take my kids anywhere because I have no car so let me hold a car for the weekend he said he was going to Pennsylvania with his wife so he will leave a car for me when I went there the assistant said he left nothing.

when I called he didnt answer.

Monday afternoon when I called he said I can come pick up a car to hold untill he get my money. ..

He charged me $7300 for the car and even though I am taking the car to Pennsylvania to register he still was charging me tax on that...

3 other ladies had come on that lot cursing and arguing for their money... this is not right they should not be able to scam people this wayDesired Settlement: To provide adequate service in the first place
