Review: I ordered snowboarding gear from this business in early December 2015. I did receive the order in a timely manner, however, the products I received are not the products that I ordered. I ordered a DC snowboard, but received a Resignol snowboard with the DC logo spray painted on the snowboard. I imagine this is considered false advertisement, as I ordered the snowboard because the boards description read that it was a DC snowbaord. Also, the boots I received are the wrong size. I ordered men's boots in a size 10, but received size 11 boots instead. I have tried contacting the number provided on the website everyday since Dec. 25, 2015, and still no answer. Also, the mailbox is full so I am unable to leave any voice mail messages. I have also tried emailing the company to the email address provided on the website and have yet to receive a response. I was very disappointed in the company when I learned that I had been sent the wrong products, however I understand that mistakes do happen. What I do find extremely unprofessional is their lack of communication with their consumers, especially now that I am only trying to contact them to rightfully receive what I paid for. The unanswered phone calls and emails have lead me to believe that I have been scammed.Desired Settlement: Being that the company has ignored my many attempts to get in contact with them, I truly believe that this company is a scam and would like a refund so that I may take my services else where. I will gladly return the merchandise, as it is not what I ordered, however, I would like the shipping fee and restocking fee waived. Thank you in advance.

Review: I received an email stating that the board which I had ordered was out of stock, but if I replied to that email with another order to replace it, they would send it out right away. So, I responded, but still have heard nothing. However, my debit card was charged, but I have no proof that I will receive any product whatsoever.Desired Settlement: I either want the complete product shipped NOW, or a full refund credited to my debit card.

Review: Have tried countless times to contact this company by email regarding my order. I received an email from this company indicating one of my items was not available and to reply to them by email what item I wanted to replace the out of stock one. I have tried over and over to contact by email with no luck. This was a Christmas gift order and was initially ordered on December 11th, well before the deadline date for delivery before Christmas. My pay pal account has also been charged for merchandise I may never receive.Desired Settlement: I would ultimately be happy with my order fulfilled and delivered to me for Christmas. The person who was to receive this gift will be heading back out of Province right after Christmas. Very disappointed.

Review: I made a purchase online with the company for snowboarding equipment in the amount of $250.00

The items were delivered scratched. The site states to contact them within 24-48 hours upon receipt when this is an issue.

I made contact with the company per their policy and never heard anything back. I tried to make contact with their phone line which goes to a "FULL" voicemail box.

The product itself is cracked. I am not able to get anybody to contact me back.

It appears they have no customer service.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund immediately. If the company wishes to have the product back I want them to pay for the shipping also.

Review: On December 18, 2014 I ordered a snowboard, boots and bindings from the Boards For Less website for my sons Christmas present. On December 28, 2014 I purchased a ski lift pass to Blue Mountain Ski Resort in[redacted] at a cost of $42 for 6 hours. My son used his board for 3 hours when one of the bindings broke. He lost out on the remainder of his time because the pro shop at the mountain did not have the correct parts to fix it.

On December 28, 2014 at 9:04pm I emailed Boards For Less at [email protected]. I explained my situation and sent a photo of the broken binding.

On January 13, 2015 at 9:41am I emailed Boards For Less at [email protected]. I forwarded my previous email and asked for a contact phone number.

On January 14, 2015 I went to www.boardsforless.com and clicked on the live operator. The operator told me to respond to my order confirmation email and they would look for my other emails. It asked for more photos of the binding. I explained that I was at work and only had one photo. I asked for a phone number and then my computer kicked me off the website because of suspicious activity. I responded to my order confirmation and sent a screen shot of my online conversation along with the photo of the broken binding.

I have not received a response to any of my emails. I have lost out on 1 ski lift ticket and will have to pay for my son to rent a board for this weekend. Board rentals cost $50 per day.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund, $319.98.

Review: I made an order on 11/30/2013 for two packages of snowboards 1.) 135cm M3 Millennium Three Escape Camber Womens snowboard/LTD-LT1, grey-lt-blue-womens size 5 boots/Girls LTD silver blue bindings a total of 139.94 and 2.) 151cm black fire scoop mens snowboard with size 11 avalanche surge blk boots for a total of 157.99. After I placed my order, I received and email that stated that my billing address was not correct and that my credit card company refused to pay, and they they wanted email confirmation of my billing/shipping address which was the same. As of 12/3/2013 there is a charge on my credit card in the amount of 299.94 (total of two packages and shipping). I cant get a hold of the company and I have not received my order or a confirmation that my order was completed. I have sent several email and called the number on the website without success of getting a hold of anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like either my order for the two packages or a full refund of my money.

Review: I purchased a snow board package for my son for Christmas. The snow board was florscent pink (not displayed in the picture). They told me to purchase a new board so that I would have it in time for Christmas and return the pink board. They said it would be credited to my account when they received it back. We followed protocol, wrote the transaction number on the outside, sent it UPS and sent them the tracking information. I contacted them when they hadn't credited our account and they said they hadn't received it. I sent them the proof and they have not communicated after several attempts for me to contact them. They are not returning e-mails, not answering phone calls.Desired Settlement: The amount for the snow board needs to be refunded to my credit card

Review: I did not receive the correct size snowboard boots, there was no packing slip in the box. I emailed them and explained I don't know if I ordered the wrong size or they shipped the wrong size but I needed to make an exchange and to please let me know the procedure. I did not get a response, I tried calling them and the "mailbox is full" message is all I receive. I have made repeated attempts at both email and phone. There return policy clearly states they only take refunds within the first month yet they are impossible to contact and no paper work was in the merchandise box.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to return the boots to them and receive a credit on my credit card.

Review: I had ordered a snowboard through their website. I was contacted via email a few days later saying that particular board was not available. I selected another board for more money which I was willing to pay and was contacted via email a second time to inform me that board was also not available. I informed them that I was no longer interested in purchasing a snowboard at that point and requested a refund. My email requesting the refund was sent 12/17/2013 and I did and still have not received an answer to that email. I sent them another email on 12/30/2013 stating that I required a return email within 24 hours or I would be taking further action. I again have not received an answer.Desired Settlement: I am only requesting a refund for merchandise never received.

Review: I purchased a snow board for my child with size 100cm and received 95cm instead. I contacted the company and was told that the size I received is what manufacturer sends them as a 100cm board. The board I received is clearly marked 95 cm and measures at 95cm board. This is too small for my son to use. The company offered return with my own expense for shipping back and 15%restocking fee. I purchased the board with shipping and the company should be responsible for the return since they sent me the wrong size of board and I should not be charged restocking fee and the company refused to take responsibility by not answering back.Desired Settlement: The company to provide/pay for return shipping with no re-stocking fee as I would not have ordered the snowboard if it did not fit my criteria and receive a full refund. 100cm is a 100cm, there is no exceptions.

Review: I purchase snowboard boots as well as a set of bindings from this company. After receiving my package, I noticed that the binding set was incomplete. I am missing the left foot binding. Everything else came in the package, which was poorly assembled, including the left binding pad to lock in the binding. Just no binding! I have contacted this business everyday via email for 5 consecutive days, no response still! I have called the number provided several times a day in hopes to speak with someone, however it is constantly busy. They took my money and did not complete their end of the transaction.Desired Settlement: I need a small left binding which was missing from my order

Review: I purchased a pair of snowboard bindings through one of boardsforless.com's ebay auctions on 12/17/13. My account was charged, I recieved a confirmation that the product had been shipped but never recieved a confirmation number. Delivery of product was to be between 12/23/13 and 01/07/14. I have not recieved the purchased product and boardsforless.com has not responded to any of my numerous emails. There is one phone number listed for boardsforless.com and it is an order line with a full voicemail box that is unable to accept any new messages.Desired Settlement: I would like boardsforless.com to fulfill the order asap and if product is not available a full refund of products purchase price. As well as communication on the status of this complaint.

Review: I ordered bindings for my sons snow board that he got for Christmas. I received the bindings and discs on January 6th, 2015. I called the store on January 7, 2015, and notified them that I did not receive the hardware for the bindings. I was told that they would be sent out right away. Today, January 21, 2015, is 2 weeks and I still have yet to receive the hardware. I called them again at 10:02 a.m. EST. I explained my situation and was told they would be sent out today. I asked if they would over night the hardware. I was told they would be put on a truck today. I asked again if they could please over night my order. I was told no. I then asked why. I said I understand that mistakes happen, but I received my order (already paid for) 2 weeks ago, and I have yet to received everything I was paid for. The response "they will go out today". I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they will call me. I then asked to leave a voice mail for a manager or somebody higher up then who I was talking to. I was told that I would receive and email. I said I don't want an email, I want to talk to somebody. I was then told they would call me. I asked if they could read my number back to me so I know they had the correct number. The guy said the number should be in my order. I asked him to look it up, and read my number back to me. I was told he couldn't do that. I then told him to write my number down. He supposedly did, and then said I would receive and email. I think I have been pretty patient waiting for the rest of my order to arrive. I have waited 2 weeks, too long, when everything should had been shipped together. I expected better costumer service, and this is their mistake. NOT MINE. Why does my son have to continue to wait because of their incompetence.Desired Settlement: I WANT the rest of my order, or some kind of refund/credit. I should have received my entire order 2 weeks ago. I did NOT receive what I paid for. For them not to be able to over night the rest of my order is ridiculous. I paid for a product and I can't even use it because I don't have all the parts. I think waiting 2 weeks before making another phone call was very generous on my part. Am I going to have to wait another 2 weeks before I receive my missing items? At this rate it will be summer by the time I receive anything, and then it will be too late, and my son won't even be able to enjoy his Christmas Present. I just want what I paid for, and I want it in a timely fashion. I don't think that's too much to ask.

This is the third email I’ve sent you to address a problem with my order (other 2 are below). I’ve tried calling your #, but the mailbox is full and there is no way to either leave a message or speak with a customer service rep. I received ½ of the order on Tuesday, 1.21 (snowboard helmet), via UPS, but there was no invoice in the box and no explanation of where the other half of the order is (snowboard boots). If I do not hear from a live person from your company today, I will be calling the Revdex.com!! Simply respond to my emails or call me to let me know where the boots are please!

Review: I ordered the [redacted] winter snow boots for my son. They are advertised as a -5 degree snow boot that can be used for snow boarding that are normally priced at $60.00 on sale for $34.99. BoardsForLess shipped me an Airspeed boys snow boot that is sold by [redacted] for 29.99 retail. These boots are not comparable and do not have a -5 degree rating like the boots I purchased. I was not notified of any change to my order by BoardsForLess prior to them shipping my order. I notified BoardsForLess about the mis-shipment. I was told by [redacted] in their customer service department that the boots they shipped me are actually a better boot that retails for $200.00 and they will let me keep them for the price I paid for the boots I ordered. I explained in my response email to her that this was not acceptable and the boots they shipped me are not comparable and the boots I received are not a $200 pair of boots but retail at [redacted] for $29.99. I have received no response from BoardsForLess since my reply. I have tried several times to call them with no answer on their phone and I have left messages for them to return my call with no response. I have sent follow up emails with no response as well.Desired Settlement: At this point I do not trust the boots I originally ordered are the quality of boots they advertise in their posting. I would like a refund with no restocking fee or additional charges to me of any kind. I wish not to pay for the freight to send the boots they shipped me back to them.

Review: I placed an order for $229 with www.boardsforless.com on 12/13/3 for a snowboard package for my son for Christmas. The agreement states that if it item is backordered I will not be charged until the order has shipped. They took the money from my debit card and never sent the order. The order still states "pending review." when I check online. You cannot call them- they have an order-only phone line. I have emailed them 5 times requesting they contact me and let me know why they have not processed my order but took the money for it. They have not responded to any of my emails. I have copies of my bank statement and all correspondence with them.Desired Settlement: I would like the items I ordered delivered and if out of stock, a suitable alternative sent to me. This was a christmas gift to my son and I am a single mother and this was the only gift I could afford for him this year.
