I received my watch on Jan 10th 2020. Preordered mine sometime early 2019. It wanted a update and wouldnt connect via bluetooth longer than 10min. I contacted support and they told me it just needed a firmware update. But the firmware update would error out. They had me different things for weeks... Then they gave up on Feb 19th. With this last email from them. I tried to call the number on their website, but it is a disconnected number. I asked if they could send me a different watch since it clearly is a lemon even after their troubleshooting, but they dont even answer my request. Below is their only rebuttal.

Being a start-up company, we wish to provide the best products and services that we could to our customers, the one we appreciate the most. Thus, having you frustrated is something that we wish to avoid at any cost.

Poor business practice. Poor delivery on purchase. Poor communication.
They have not refunded my payment after cancelation of my order after 5 weeks with no reason communicated. I must reach out day after day begging for status.
Unacceptable.

I pre-ordered a powerwatch 2 around May 15th, 2019. The confirmation email states I will receive my watch in June, 2019. I finally received the watch on Feb 13,2020, but watch stopped working the 2nd day. Reached out to the customer service to fix the issue, but was told I have to wait for the return shipping label because of some system error. Then I request to return the watch instead and was told I have to pay $35 restock fee, which was never mentioned in the pre-order process.

I pre-ordered a PowerWatch2 May of 2019. Kept waiting and waiting. Every month I would write and ask about it, their response was they will be mailing them out soon. On Dec 11th I finally cancelled the order. It took them 2 weeks to cancel the order, and said that my money would be refunded via paypal. Waited all January, no payment. Wrote them again, oh yeah, our accounting department has been busy, but they should contact you shortly. Another week goes by, and still nothing. I think I've been patient enough. They have had my money for over 8 months already.

My son pre-ordered a premium Power Watch 2 for me, his father, for Father's day. Today is December 16th and I still have not received the watch. I understand that Power Watch has started selling their Power Watch 2's on ***. I believe that the pre-orders should have been met first. I have contacted the company several times and each time they promise that they will be shipping the watch out soon. I do not trust this company now since they have lied to me several times. I would advise anyone who is thinking about ordering a watch from these people to think twice. You may or may not receive what you ordered and you are paying a lot of money. I think over 6 months is more than enough time to make and ship a watch.
