I ordered a set of 3 leather name tag from this business and received something that was, in my opinion, not up to par (it was really a difference in my expectations versus what he was offering).
Instead of writing me off as a problem customer or just refunding my money, the seller ([redacted]) gave me a total of nine (9!) new tags comprising every type of leather he had, with the idea that hopefully one would fit my expectations.
