Review: I called the company from an advertisement that was mailed to me. They said they were going to give me $100 gift card and various other perks. I gave them my credit card number, but then told them to explain all of the details about their service to me. After they explained what their services were (discounts for trains, flying, hotels, etc), I told them I was not interested because I don't travel anywhere. I told them I wasn't interested and asked them not to use my credit card. They charged my credit card anyway - twice in one billing period (3 weeks apart). I tried to call them to get them to stop charging me and cancel, but no one answer the phone. They have a recording that says they'll get back to you and no one ever calls you back. I complained with the credit card company and everything went to disputes but not everything was credited back to me. The charges are $29.95 each time. Even after I complained to [redacted], they allowed another Matrix charge to come through 3 weeks after the complaint was filed. Coincidentally, my credit card identity was stolen around the same time and the account had to be closed. I am still fighting all of the charges to my account since August of this year. I told Matrix on the very first phone call that I was not interested and not to use my credit card and the headaches have not stopped. Please investigate this company. They are clearly a fraudulent operation taking advantage of the elderly. I would deeply appreciate if you could get my money back as I received no good or services for all of these transactions.Desired Settlement: [redacted] and I should not have to suffer the financial losses due to Matrix's fraudulent activities. Advertising Issue/Contract Issue/Customer Service.I originally encountered this service when calling Sears Master Card service and was handed off to the voice automation. I was given to believe I was eligible for a promotional service and asked to press a number (?). After doing so I was given to representative that sold me the sale and charged my card $7.95 for accepting this service and was told more information would be arriving within 7 days so I could evaluate the service.I was told I had 7 days to complete my evaluation and after the 7 days I would be charged a fee of $29.99. The Information never arrive and any attempts to call their customer service ended with a voice mail stating the individual was currently away from desk and to leave a detailed message. Their Customer Service number is ([redacted]. I have contacted [redacted] and they had no answer as to who Matrix Utility Solutions were and were looking into how they had accessed their system.I believe this company to be a scam and I was forced to shutoff the card I had given them for this service.Their website has looped links , as is basically a shell. When I click on learn more it simply takes me back to the top of the screenDesired Settlement: I would like any service that was associated with this group to be cancelled and a complete refund of the $7.95If this is a scam then someone needs to shut it down

Review: My complaint is for services paid for but not rendered. I was charge 29.95 after a seven days after a initial charge of 7.95 for services I have yet to see no info through the mail about my membership, can not access anything on there website I believe this to be a scam.Desired Settlement: A refund of my 29.95 for services I have not received.
