Dear Ms. [redacted]This letter is to serve as a response to the complaint referenced above. Our 2015 general rate increase took effect on January 4, 2015. When the customer turned in his vehicle on January 5, 2015 the rate was $30 higher than what he saw on our website on Dec. 15, 2014....
It is standard practice that the actual rate charged to ship a vehicle is the current rate on the day that the vehicle is received for shipping. Our Customer Service Department has contacted the customer and apologized for the inconvenience, the customer has accepted our refund of $30.
