We are in receipt of your letter dated January 30, 2018.? We submit the following response to ID [redacted] .“Our ordinary processing time is 3-weeks.? All claims are processed in the order received.? In the fourth week we began to review his claim and make arrangements for an interior detail of his vehicle as he had requested, however before we could finalize arrangements, we received an email from the customer stating that he would be contacting his JAG office to consult with an attorney regarding the resolution of the claim.? We responded the same day letting him know the status of his claim and acknowledged his preference to contact his JAG office.? We asked him to have his JAG office contact us directly for resolution of the claim.? To date, we have not been contacted from his JAG office.? Matson respects the customer’s preference to contact his JAG office and are willing to work with them as the customer requests.? However, we are more than happy to resume arrangements for the requested detail of his interior at his request.”? ? ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Kristi sent me an email on the of December stating, "Good morning, We are in receipt of you estimate.? Our ordinary processing time is 3-weeks.? We review all claims in the order received.? Should we need anything further we will be in touch.? Thank you!"She stated processing time will be 3-weeks.? That says to me in days I will have a plan of action.? I did not receive any correspondence from Kristi until I emailed her on the Jan.? I only told Kristi I was going to seek legal consultation to help me fix my truck.? I did not say I was going to sue or use a lawyer I wanted to see what I could and could not do, however Kristi said, "Matson generally does not accept liability for mold claims However, in good faith, I have been trying to set you up with getting a detail of the interior of your vehicle However, as you prefer to contact your JAG office, I will cancel the request with our detailer and you can have the JAG office or your lawyer contact me directly Thank you."? ? ? I took that as she canceled the detailer and she did not want to talk to me at all.? I did not want that, I as a customer wanted to see what I can do legally.? Her four weeks were up, no correspondence happened after the December on her part, and my truck is still messed up.? I took snap shots of my emails and attached them.? Sincerely, [redacted]
