Purchased shoes online (cost $95) Did not wear for a period of time When I started to wear them within weeks of wear the sole started to separate from body of shoeGlued it back twice but continued to separateI took it to a shoe repair shop and he stated it wasn't the glue but the material that it was glued toHe reglued it and again it came apart and now both shoes have the exact same problem

I have had the same experience with the customer service and lack of response and professionalism. I purchased a pair of shoes that need to be returned and haven’t heard back from customer service for 2 weeks. No one has answered the phone ore returned any emails.

Review: I purchased a pair of boots on Feb **, 2014 from the [redacted] boutique and subsequently followed up with customer service two times on February ** and March ** and have heard no response. The boots that I purchased were advertised as snow boots and was also confirmed by the sales associate in the store. I wore them out only a few times in the snow and due to the poor make of the product, water constantly seeps into the inside of the boot. I contacted customer service to complain about the poor quality of the boot with misleading advertising as an all weather trekking boot and have not received a response. This customer service experience is disappointing and the fact that they are disregarding a customers complaint is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Management provide a response and explanation for the lack of customer service. I would either like a refund or replacement for the product as the manufacturing of the product displays poor quality for something of that price. I would expect that for a company to advertise handcrafted material, quality and attention to detail, better quality control and inspection of products before they are sold to customers would be of high importance.
