This customer came to our service department on 3/6/ It was diagnosed that the vehicle struck something causing failure This was not a mechanical breakdown, this is physical damage We had a third party concur with the diagnosis We did not charge Mr Penrose for any
diagnosis done, although it was our right to do so We were hoping he would return to us for repairs, but it looks like he won't be doing that with us I have attached documents showing the diagnosis and the zero charge This vehicles breakdown was not from Matt Bowers Nissan It was determined by our technicians and a third party insurance adjuster that the vehicle physically hit something, causing the damage In this case, the customers collision insurance would be help him pay for any repairs to the vehicle We have tried to contact *** *** leaving messages due to voicemail picking up

We cancel the gap policies at the customers request.  The refund will be sent to the lien holder of the car the policy was cancelled for.  If the car was paid off then whoever held the lien will issue the check back to the consumer.  This person can call and ask for Rob S[redacted] and I...
