Worst dealership I've ever encountered Purchased a Honda and haven't been able to get good service at Matt Castrucci's What we did get is a 'nice' email with empty promises full of BS The dealership stated they will do whatever it takes to make us feel valued When checking with Honda corporate, weeks later, corporate stated they had nothing on file regarding our service concerns Corporate referred us to [redacted] who has stellar service (and they do!!) with Honda In my opinion the only reason Castrucci is still in business is because the people who live in this area are too lazy to drive the extra miles to go to [redacted] However, the people I've encountered have shared the same negative experiences about this dealership In fact, it's quite obvious people don't like this dealership because their social media page does not allow people to post ratings of their particular dealership/business That speaks volumes! Go to [redacted] , they are tops! BTW, the Revdex.com allows an A+ rating to any business that responds to customer complaints regardless of whether the issues have been resolved to the complainant satisfaction Read the reviews and base actions on reviews, not Revdex.com ratings

I have included your email to my daughter pertaining to her defective windshield to remind you of the situationAfter giving her the run around for more than two week we showed up at your dealership where we were told that after working with *** your company was not going to replace the windshieldThis answer we found totally unacceptable
My daughter called *** America herself and found that no case file was started, no pictures were on file or even a request from your company about this matter was on record*** America strongly recommended we take her car to *** *** ***We scheduled an appointment with them at am and spent minutes with them where the service manager inspected, photographed, and contacted ***By 10:30that same day *** ***'s service manager contacted my daughter with an appointment to replace the windshield free of chargeSo to sum up *** *** was able to accomplish in hours what your dealership either could not accomplish or did not attempt to accomplish in weeksThere is a sales axiom " the difference between a liar and a salesman is follow through"
All future service and purchases I make will be made at *** *** *** where they understand that customer service does not end once the sale is madeI will also let everyone I know if you want a *** get it at *** ***
