Thank you for allowing us to say our side of the story.We too received an email for our customer at 11:20pm same night she filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.We never had a chance or knowledge of any complaint on our endThe customer never asked our representative to speak to a supervisor As soon as we received her email, less than hours she was contacted and the matter was resolved.She did agree “in writing” that the matter is solved and she will be withdrawing her complaint from the Revdex.com However, it is unfortunate that this complaint would stay on your records We had resolved the problem with any and all of our customers directly We are also improving our standards of customer services each day to reach the level required by our clientsThank you Revdex.com [redacted] ***Owner Operator [redacted] ***Office [email protected]

Review: Mid March 2015 Matt Driving School advertised $155 for 6 hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction through G[redacted]. The Fine Print stated: "New customers only. Reservation required. Registration required. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Limit 1 per visit. Certificate fee not included. Does not include pick or drop off." I called the school 3/25 for info on certificate fee & so they instruct on weekends. Their out-going message stated they were closed til 4/1/15. Unfortunately the [redacted] deal was closing before 4/1 so I purchased the deal because research with other driving schools in San Diego County showed typical certificate charge is $20-$50. I called Matt Driving School again on 4/21 because my son had just passed his permit test & we wanted to schedule behind-the-wheel training immediately. The girl who answered never stated her name just immediately demanded to know if I had read the fine print. Advised her I had & asked how much for the certificate. The girl informed me it's $105 in addition to the money already paid. When I explained we don't need the cert because my son is over 18 yrs old, she changed her story & said it'll still $105 for the insurance then proceeded to tell me that if I had contacted them before buying G[redacted] they would have given me ar in-house deal of $159 for everything. When I explained that I tried but they were out of office & don't understand why they are making me pay more when the fine print doesn't state insurance, the girl told me I should contact [redacted] for a refund & go somewhere else for driving instruction. I asked her to book the appointments because I know weekends fill up fast & figured I would call [redacted] in the meantime. The girl demanded payment for the $105 up front. I hung up at this point because it felt like no matter what this business isn't going to work with me until I give them an unreasonable amount of money after I've paid for the deal they initiated with G[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like Revdex.com's help in getting MATT Driving School to honor their fine print by charging a reasonable fee for a certificate instead of trying to force me to pay $105 for insurance when the fine print does not mention insurance. Unfortunately Groupon will not refund my purchase because it is past their 3 day return policy.
