Matt is not honest and he will milk your job of all your money and not complete the job.

He stole 500,000 from me and never finished the job and then lied to the courts when I sued him.

[redacted] *** To whom it may concern, As I previously informed the RevDex.com, I am not at liberty to discuss this matter at this time other than to say each misrepresentation and false accusation are completely untrue. I can share a few thoughts with you. First of all, a quick google search indicates that [redacted] does not exist in northern Colorado. The consumer had a credit card on file with [redacted] and if he had any concerns about typo's, corrections or billing he should have taken that up with his salesman at that time. Additionally a google search of my company will indicate that my license was in effect before the High Park Fire, as I've been in business since 1984. Furthermore, the inspection form in question was filled out by the inspector. And finally, the draft cost sheet clearly states that it is incomplete. At no time did I prepare a cost to build document for this consumer, as he made it clear that he was managing the budget and at no time did he share any of that info with me. Until all the contractors and suppliers are paid in full, I do not see any resolution in this matter. This will be my final response to this false allegation by this consumer, after 30 years in business I believe this Is the first complaint of this nature against me and that should speak for itself.Sincerely,Matthew Glascott

Please see the attached receipts for purchases made by MrGlascott with my credit card for delivery to whale rock and other locations My address is *** *** *** ** Also, attached is a spreadsheet of transactions for rebuilding my house that does not include 100,of direct payment to contractors and suppliers that were checks directly paid out by the bank The third attachment is the budget that I was given by MrGlascott a month after I hired him to rebuild my house as the General Contractor The fourth attachment is a signed inspection by MrGlascott telling the bank my house was 80% complete and that the appliances were in the POD The POD contained my personal belongings I had to purchase to get replacement cost benefits from my insurance it did not have any appliances The house was not dried in when MrGlascott was fired because it was clear he had no intention of building my house I have included a picture of the contents of the POD and two pictures of the some of the work that was done All the windows installed by MrGlascott's crew leak along with the garage fills up with water due to the slope of the foundation sloping in and not out as it should Please let me know if this is sufficient evidence or if you need more I have spend some $740,with MrGlascott and I do not even have a house that is worth 300,and it is only 40% completed MrGlascott claimed he was the original builder and I learned in May it was actually *** *** construction who built my house originally MrGlascott did not have a General Contractors license until after the High Park fire Thank you, *** ***

I have spent over 650,with MrGlascott on his fraudulent invoices. He stated to me in email and through bids it would cost me 490,to get a Certificate of Occupancy. I can send supporting documentation to prove this.Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:  Matt provided me with the cost to rebuild in December 2012.  He is a thief and a fraud and what he is doing is illegal.  I am nosy submitting anything else.  I would recommend that no one use him for business unless they are prepared to be robbed blind.
