Failed to provide us our wedding video
*** does not respond to phone calls, he barely responds to texts He sent us our first edit after we continually harassed him back in October The DVD arrived broken into pieces because he shipped it incorrectly Second time he finally got around to shipping it, it was only partial The minute video highlight was very poorly created/edited The DVD was missing our ceremony and also the reception speeches Our wedding was on July 30, in New Albany IN

I hired Matt Hoverter videographer, to video my wedding on October 18, 2015, and paid in full
Very disappointed!
Stay clear of Hoverter Videography based out of Lexington, KY!! My husband and I booked him in advance for our wedding, which was in October 18, 2015, after I saw his great workHe may be a good videographer but he is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever dealt with and I seriously question his business ethicsIt is now February and we have yet to see our wedding DVD or original footage from our wedding nor even heard from him, all with my multiple attempts to reach out to him via phone calls, emails, website, texts, etcOur contract stated we would have our wedding DVD eight weeks after the reception, which would have been in December I will NEVER deal with him or his company based off of this business experience! It is very frustrating as a consumer that he would treat us like this and believes it is perfectly okay to do what he continues to do,

Video was months lateCustomer tried to contact client through phone, email, and ***, but client would not respond until threatened to sue
The contract which was put together and signed in March 2015, says *** would have the full video link and footage in the mail within weeks of the wedding $was paid in full in March as wellThe wedding was in July, he showed up that day and had a highlight video completed that next day Video should have been done September I contacted him through email on August 12, 16, 22, 25, September 3, and with no response I also contacted him through *** on August 16, 22, and with no response My husband and I called him many times and left many messages with no response Finally, I had a friend pretend to be interested in his services and he let her call him With the new client he was fast to respond and answered his phone immediately, however it was me who made the call and go him on the phone that day He lied

Wedding highlight video never received
I was married on September 25, My wife and I paid $1,to *** Hoverter for a wedding highlight videoIt was to include digital copies on DVD or Blu RayWeeks went by and he finally sent me an internet link to the video (Which was horrible.) A five year old could have done a better jobI called, emailed and texted him dozens of times after this and never got the video copiesHe didnt even respondI saw on his *** page that he was taking big vacations to *** ***
