The repairman from Darrell's Appliance first visited on 12/7/16, sent by Landmark Home Warranty to repair our leaking fridge We paid the $service fee and he decided he wanted to replace some partsHe returned after the holidays on 1/19/and replaced what he plannedThe fridge continued to leak so we called Landmark, who referred us back to Darrell's to claim a recall on the repairman's work within days of the actual repairDarrell's would not act until Landmark authorized the return visit as a recallLandmark reported that they authorized the recall, and Darrell's scheduled the recall visit and performed it on 2/16/Despite assurances from both Darrell's and Landmark that no additional fee would be charged, my wife was charged an additional $by surprise, that Darrell's now refuses to return, claiming that they were sent out for a different issue
