Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.I appreciate that the dealership stood by there word originally to cover at least half of the repair even though it was not done at there facilityI commend Matt Saxe Chevrolet for there customer service
After further review of the complaint we still believe that Matt Saxe Chevrolet is not responsible to cover the repair under Minnesota State Statute 325F.662, due to the fact that prior approval from dealer is required before having repair done at another repair facility. Also due to the fact...
that the throttle body is not a covered repair under systems covered on the limited warranty document that was signed by the customer. We have decided to go against company policy and we are making a one time exception to reimburse the customer $260.79, which is half the cost of the repair, in an effort to satisfy the customer.
