In the state of Ohio there is a no cooling off period We as a dealership offer a day exchange on any vehicle purchase Mr [redacted] info was given to the salesman that sold him the vehicle to contact him and inform him that he can trade the vehicle in on a new one

As it regards this complaint, we have searched our records and have not been able to locate an individual with this name having purchased a vehicle from us Wondering if it was purchased under some other name possibly and it would help to have a description of that vehicle ---- VIN # if
possible and an idea of when it might have been purchasedUnfortunately with this limited information we are unable to offer any other response

Spoke with consumer on the 9th of Febuary and the issue was resolved.
