We have reached out to the customer and there was no response, however we did leave a voice message asking the customer to call us back so we can resolve this together immediatelyAlso the information provided by the customer does not seems to match with any customer information in our records; name, address, and phone numberWe suspect that the customer's account may be in a spouse's name

We have spoken with this [redacted] and they have been refunded via Chase Quick Pay on April 4, at 9:am Arizona time

Everything that the customer was offered is clearly located on their order form, to which they have signedWe will holding the customer responsible to know what everything on the order for means as they are not only signing it with their signature but giving out proprietary informationIf there something that the customer did not know, they could have called either their sales representative for clarification or the main office before and after installationAgain, we have offered a month of service as well as a buyout of prior television provider

A check in the amount of the [redacted] services has been sent via check, and should arrive any day within the weekAlso [redacted] will credit the customer's bill within two to three billing cycles for the reimbursement of the upgrade to wirelessShould the customer have any further questions they may call us at [redacted]

I will not accept this! As I told the owner we don't know what the codes mean that were written on our order! The salesman job is to explain the contract and what is written on it! It has been applied by different people with this company that we are lying to them! I have wasted hours trying to get a resolve for it to go no where! I was told it is my responsibility not the salesman job to make sure everything is written down! I can now understand why all the reviews on the Revdex.com are negative and the complaints are the same as mine so add my name to list of negative reviews! Nobody has called to offer a resoultuion to this issue!

We have refunded the expedited installation fee as well informed [redacted] of the refundSteven will receive this refund via check that will be delivered in the mail within days

Diane W [redacted] was called at [redacted] in regards to this complaintInformed the customer that we are unable to give a two year price lock without an [redacted] product, as that is the promotionCustomer said she has tried to cancel off of the basis of being offered something that is unable however DIRECTV corporate would not let her out of the contractInformed Diane W [redacted] that she would have to provide DIRECTV the order form and she would be let out of the contract, she said she does not have time for thatWe also tried to see if another form of internet with [redacted] would work for her, however the speed would not suffice as she works from homeUnfortunately there is nothing further that can be done, unless the customer choose to provide proof to DIRECTV corporate.Tell us why here

Early termination fees are reimbursed up to a maximum of $200, and a month free DIRECTV service is not located on any current documentation that we possessIf you have any supporting document please do not hesitate to send them over immediately either fax ###-###-#### or email [redacted] @ymail.com and we will resolve the issueAn agent in customer service is available at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9am to 5pm Arizona time Monday thru Friday

We have reached out to both *** *** and *** *** in attempt to verify some information so we can refund the $Unfortunately there was no answer at either of their numbers, and we left a voice message asking the customer to call us at their soonest convenience

We have received all the necessary documents and are currently reviewing them to reach a viable resolutionThe customer will be called no later than 11/18/with the resolution

told there was an application fee, I was told the $was for the installation which larry was required to collect upfrontHe said nothing about being nonrefundable and he crossed the words nonrefundable outLarry had told me that that's the only fee I'd have but secs after they walked in my door they charged me an installation fee which has since been returned due to me proving I should never have been installed because I don't have a view from my apartmentThis company has lied from the begininging and *** has sent in numoreous complaints on my behalf for what they have doneIf the contract I signed said nonrefundable then I would understand it's my fault but I feel it's their error since they crossed those words off

I have sent all the necessary paper on 11-13-waiting for the response from first choice communications
