We did enter into a contract with [redacted] in September of 2104 . At that time the dirt work was incomplete so therefore we could not start the concrete this was not our delay. Finally the dirt was completed in October . We started the footing with some weather delays due to rain. The footings was...

installed and soon after the floor was poured we waited on [redacted] to install the heated floor system in which we had to wait on them several times due to their lack of work skills on how to install it. Finally we did get. The floor poured the first of November . We did receive money up front to operate. After the first payment was good the second payment took several days to clear due to insufficient funds on the account that the check was drawn on. I was getting very upset . It finally was good  and we proceeded on . I finally received the balance of materials money the last of November , I expressed concern that we were getting into winter and this was going to be hard to build because of weather . The dirt work was still lacking on the rest of the site so we could start curbs. The building materials showed up towards the end of December , I believe the 26 th. From the time the materials showed up we had a crew on site . They expected us to work 24/7 to get this built . I told the office manager that we would do the best we could but I did not figure overtime on this job. With the weathers ups and downs we did press on . Finally the dirt contractor got us rock and an access to the site . This was not our responsibility to rock the site , in fact our contract says we are not furnishing any rock. There were several days the we could not work because of the weather . They seemed to not care that it was wind chills were in the negative and the temp was 0 , also snow and ice on the job site we could not ever run our lifts on the ice. As March rolled around the office manager was very persistent the we hurry up and get steel on the building it was she didn't care how it looked just do it and hurry. I told her on several occasions I wasn't going to just hurry thru this. We just didn't have everything ready for the steel . On the day we were terminated we had steel ready to be delivered the following week. They wanted the steel delivered bank in January which would of been a big mistake for it to sit in the snow and ice all winter any builder knows that . The fact that the are not builders and the fact that the three people in charge would each tell you something different . I had several people in the Kearney area not to work for these people because they have no idea what they are doing . I wish I would of listened. As far as their claim as to the defects we were not notified until we were terminated of anything wrong withe the curbs. And to address the building claims we were not done with the building so how could they claim anything wrong on an unfinished building . There was no time frame on the contact if there was please have them prove it. People beware of [redacted] very unprofessional in management . Not knowing about construction industry . Plans for the project were not correct could not build off of them . Monies paid on the contract 118,723.00Work completed on materials and labor And loss of revenue              134850.00Balance due 16,127.00 We feel we were treated unfairly by [redacted] and feel that still owe us moneyPlease confirm that you have received this so we can discussThank you Respectfully yoursMatt Trager, CMT
