I am rejecting this response because: *** and his *** *** came to give me an estimate to paint the interior of my houseHe asked for a $depositHe never came on the agreed date and rescheduledHe never showed up then, eitherOn two other occasions he texted that the money was on its way to meIt never arrivedI complained to Revdex.com and they said the case is answered because *** once again promised to return my $depositI still do not have it, nor have I heard from himI want to refile my complaintBesides receiving a full refund, I want Revdex.com to not mark this complaint answered based on the word of the offender until the situation has been resolved to my satisfaction (full refund RECEIVED, not promised)
