Thank you Revdex.com for contacting me about this complaint this is the first I've been aware that a complaint had been filed with Revdex.com against me regarding this matterThe buyers came to us back in November with expressed interest in our Schult Patriot Home and wanted to put earnest money down to hold the
home through the winter so we wrote it up on a purchase agreement with $earnest money downThey then called us around the February 1st telling me they had changed directions and they then demanded there earnest money backThey also talked about paperwork that needed to be turned into the state of Minnesota. I have been in the business licensed selling mobile homes in the state of Minnesota for almost twenty years I have no idea what paperwork the buyer is describing that needs to be filed with the state of MinnesotaI had informed them that we had a legal binding purchase agreement and that I had agreed to hold the home for the winter until we I could Deliver and set the home up in the spring therefore taking the home off the marketThe buyers gave me reason to believe they shopped around after the Purchase agreement had been signed and earnest money put down that they found a better deal at another manufactured home dealer Excelsior HomesWhen you sign a purchase agreement and put earnest money down to hold a home and you decide to go in another direction you don't get your money backLine on the back of the PA Failure to complete Purchase

In October of 2014, we were contacted by *** *** to install a heating system in heruninsulated shed which was being converted into a dog kennelIt was recommended by us toinstall an overhead radiant heater which was the only system that would effectively heat thestructure due to the fact
that it heats objects rather than airShe apparently ran the system andfound that she was using more fuel than she could afford, knowing the building is not insulated. We were notified of a gas smell shortly after installation, and we thought the issues werecorrectedShe contacted us in March of She said she wanted the unit removed becauseshe was using too much fuel and was not sufficiently heating the building.I made an attempt to stop and see her when I was in the area approximately one week after wehad spoken, but she was not homeShe called again, and I made arrangements to see her aboutthe issues with the installationI told at this time, the system that was installed was her bestoption and gave her suggestions as to insulating the building and keeping the ceiling high enoughto reuse the same systemShe also brought to my attention that one of the tubes was rusting andwas concerned that it would rust throughI assured her that th is was not a problem but wouldaddress the issue when she decided exactly what she wanted to doShe also asked if we wouldbuy the unit backAt that time I had given her a buy back price of $dollarsI left her withthe understanding that she would call back after making a decision as to what she was going todo. She called on Friday May 8, I went to see her on Monday May 11, At that time sheexpressed her dissatisfaction with the unit that we had installedShe had indicated that shethought the unit was a substandard piece of equipment because we did not promote it on ourwebsiteI expla ined to her that we can 't promote everything, we recommend or sellI assured herthat we have been selling this equipment for over fifteen years without incident or complaintSheinsisted that it be removed and wanted to be reimbursed for $,dollarsThis is the amountshe wanted after looking on internet finding she could purchase it for that amount.I stated to her I couldn't reimburse her for more than $,dollarsI stated she couldprobably get more for the unit by advertising it on craigsl istShe agreed to the $,dollarsand shook hands on itI had the unit removed the same day by two on my installers which werein the area at the time.A check was sent to her May , for the amount of $,dollars
