This guy digs dirt out of my water meter box and breaks my handle for the meter not to mention he cuts out my dry wall from one of the rooms to fix a valve and leaves everything a mess there when he's doneTried calling and he says property management should send someone to fix the dry wall he cut & handle he broke and I should clean the dirt he left outThe water pressure now sucks and his excuse is that there may be something clogged and he wants me to unclog it myselfWorst guy to call for a jobTry Curts Plumbing instead, they're real professionals!

I had been having some chronic problems w my toilets flushing sluggishly and now my bathtub not drainingDecided to get it taken care of bf the weekendMy usual plumber was out of town;I was referred to Matt and he came out promptlyI was most impressed w his honesty (and embarrassed w my stupidity) as he checked the clean out w the toilets I had problems w (and had quit using for a few weeks relying on my third toilet.) He also checked the bathtub which had emptied but had taken a full day to do soHe told me to "unplug" it...of course, I had forgotten to unplug it! So instead of doing some work I didn't need, he simply told me that and did not charge me for his tripI was so embarrassed I neglected to give him some money to cover his trip to my houseI was a senior female alone at the time and could have easily been taken advantage ofThank God there are still honest peopleI might rate differently if he had done more workI have already recommended him to a personal friend who has worked as a plumber prior to his retirement
