Most disrespectful unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my lifeThey were ABOUT to tow my car for parking in the museum parking lotI came out before they hooked up and told them I'd move itThey told me it was gonna be a $service fee I said that was fine and I didn't have my card on me and I would have to call to get itThere was a huge line coming into the museum so I suggested moving the car to the street in front of my work and the tow truck operator began to tell me he wasn't playing my games and that I told him I was getting the card twenty minutes ago(Wasn't even five minutes) he then proceeds to hook back up to my car as I get the card numberI give them the info and he goes to pull the wheel lift out from under my car and nearly rips my bumper offRude and disrespectful people !! Stay clear from them
