Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Grammatical or not the issue is a product that albeit purchased through Ocean Crest was performed on their behalf by your company Again Poor Quality workmanship is no excuse for your responses and we would recommend that no parties from any dealership or direct through this company be accepting of a warranty that says that if the product performs as it was meant to and will never be repaired as the product is warrantied to be performed be purchased through Matt's Obvious from previous response grasping at straws to avoid the bottom line Product fails company refuses to stand by their product Our next step may well be a request for further action and Ocean Crest will be notified of the poor support of Warranty and should not use this company for ANY services in the future Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The complaint is not with anything other than that the product did
what it was supposed to and no the vehicle di not have paint damage due
to it having the protection. So once the protection come off after
doing its job then it look like garbage and so the $paid for it to
protect and do what its supposed to then you potentially end up with
splotches on your vehicle where it has done its job and lets say
dissappeared So I in conclusion feel we spent $for a protection
that does its job once and then you have an ugly patchy vehicle. I
would like to have my vehicle repaired or my $for a potentially
useless product. I would not suggest the NW package for any vehicle

For reference I have included the photo of the vehicle that *** posted on the company Facebook page showing the damageThe X-pel paint protection warranty covers all product failureAs is visible in the photo, as well as when the vehicle came to our business, the paint protection did not fail
Scuff marks on the vehicle indicate something came across the vehicle, whether something scrapped the vehicle or the vehicle was bumped into something else the hole in the paint protection did not just materialize with no agitationIn fact the paint protection did exactly what it was supposed to do and protected the paint under this scuff, had the material not been there while this damage was done the paint would have a large scrape or holeThere were many scuff marks, scratches and bumps on other areas of the vehicle also indicating this isn't product failureSometimes people may misunderstand the word abuse, we are not indicating he crashed his car or purposefully cut a hole in the material, abuse is classified as any damage done to the vehicle
